"I think my stay was a general 3 out of 5. Personnel was super friendly and my suite was nice and clean however the heating was broken and were were in the low 50's so it was pretty cold (had to buy a heater but since the suite was super big, didn't make much of a difference). It seemed the thermostat had been tampered with (feels like it was done to show different temperatures and cap it at a lower value). And the cherry on top was that my tire air valve caps were stolen right outside in the hotel's parking lot. There is a sign that says they are not liable for theft or damage but one would assume that for the room's price, it'd be safer."

"The room was quite nice, but the breakfast was really bad, not even worth 5 yuan, and tasted awful! The small area where I took the picture was where the breakfast was served, and there were hardly any items. The staff even asked me to clean up the trash on the table myself."

"1. The location is good, although it is near 540, it is not noisy and very quiet; 2. Convenient transportation, only ten minutes to Raleigh’s historic district; 3. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. In addition to convenient parking, there is a new commercial center diagonally opposite Macy's and other brands, with restaurants and bookstores. There are supermarkets, gas stations, etc. within two or three minutes' drive, which is very convenient; 4. The interior decoration of the hotel is elegant and grand, and both the lobby and the rooms are refreshing. The room design, furniture placement and kitchen matching are all very particular; 5. The front desk service is considerate and warm."

"The hotel I chose to attend the Raleigh Spring Music Festival, I stayed for two nights! Hilton Hotel maintains its unique, luxurious, standardized, iconic decoration style and material selection standards, making people feel cozy and comfortable. The hotel bedding, bathing facilities, cleanliness and comfort are beyond expectations! The hotel's service is also very thoughtful and meticulous, providing the best service without disturbing customers too much! However, the price of the hotel booked this time is much more expensive than usual, because the music festival held in Raleigh Central Park is too attractive, and there are too many travelers (audiences) coming to Raleigh! Be sure to book a hotel more in advance in the future! (Time is tight, I forgot to take pictures)."
