I have learned the app presents reservations as cancelable and buries the NON-refundable part in the fine print. Buyer beware and do not reserve with Trip.com if you want to stay here."

"Check in was a breeze. Bre at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is being renovated and we were checked into a remodelled room. For the price it was ok. Stayed there for 4 days. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel needs to look into getting exterminating services. Just remember you get what you pay for. I will not stay here again. If you want a cheap place to stay, this is the place."
