Cleanliness is most important to us and this hotel is clean. Adequate for our simple needs. Lacking in upkeep. One elevator didn't work. We used the stairs. One outlet in the bathroom didn't work but, thankfully, we only needed one.

I couldn't get the tv to work so called the front desk and all they suggested was for me to check the wires in the back of the tv to make sure they were tight. No follow up from front desk.
When I checked out at 4:00AM I waited for desk attendant while she was looking for keys to shuttle, she was having to take another guest to the airport because the shuttle driver didn't show up. When she asked if I was checking out, I said I was and she asked if I needed a receipt. When I told her I did, she sighed at me and rolled her eyes. When I said I was sorry she told me how she was in a hurry to take the guest to the airport! When she couldn't get the system to work fast enough, I told her to just email it to me, but they didn't have my email on record! Did not feel the staff was friendly at all!

The hotel overall had cluttered hallways with carts blocking the elevator and walkways. One elevator was not working. The carpets were dirty. The room was comfortable and quiet. We paid extra for continental breakfast which they did not have but we're not refunded the extra payment. Good location for one night.

Stayed here for location and shuttle to the airport.. everything went smoothly.. shuttle was fast and on time.. room was clean.. front desk was helpful and courteous.. also was able to park car there for a few days while on our trip!

Property is nice, great reception and lounge area. Convenient to RDU Airport. Just be aware that the hotel airport shuttle does not run between 12a to 4a.

This place was really nice the only downside is the television options. They don’t really provide a lot of channels compared to another hotel I went to so if they could offer more of that it would be great!

The front desk folks were AWESOME!. Our room was clean and beds comfortable with 4 pillows each! Will stay here again next time in town.
