The beds were so comfy, underfloor heating in bathrooms appreciated, loads of fresh linen and kitchen utensils to make meals. Plenty of space for all of us, and a fabulous walk to the summit of Roy’s Peak was our highlight. Thanks Peter and team 🙏"

"This motel has to be one of the best locations in Wānaka, an easy walk to restaurants shops and supermarket. The motel is located across the road from a large park, looking out to the lake, the units are extremely warm and well appointed. The owner is on site and readily available for anything you might need or any local information. This is our second stay at this motel and will definitely be back!"

"Location: Not by the lake, but very close to the food truck area, just around the corner. Popular slow-cooked beef and lamb, and bagels are all within a two- or three-minute walk. Walk along the road in front, passing various shops, and you'll reach the lake in ten minutes – very convenient. A small stream flows in front, and ducks roam the lawn. All rooms have balconies, and the ground floor is a lawn. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Children love this accommodation. Parking is allocated by room number and is ample. The front desk has closing hours; please contact them in advance if you are arriving late."

"Walnut on Russel is a home in Wanaka! The lodge is more polished and modern in person than in the photos. It takes 5-8mins walk to the town center. The floor, linens, and cutleries are super clean and tidy. The washing machine and the dryer are also in good condition. Hayley, the manager, is really warm and kind-she even offered to give me a ride to the lakefront bus stop. Staying here definitely has exceeded my expectations!"

"Ctrip didn't give my email address to the store, so I didn't receive the check-in instructions. After consulting other guests, I found out that the key needed to be collected at another store at the entrance of the town. At that time, it happened to be a rush hour, and the road at the entrance was basically impassable. It ended up being a half-hour walk back and forth. Get the key"

"Compared with the net red ederwater, I recommend this apartment, especially the family, with 3 beds, independent garage, everyone can sleep well, 10 minutes walk to the lonely tree attraction, 10 minutes walk from the city, the picture is the front snow mountain landscape, the door is a large lawn, Children can easily let go of themselves, Wanaka has few people, very casual, it is good to slow down for a few days"
