Hotel design is outdated because it was built long ago. Some furniture were replaced with new ones but the built in cabinets are still the old ones.

The stay at the 4points by Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula was very enjoyable. From Sanya Airport we took the HSR to Shenzhou station and ordered a Didi there to take us to the hotel (~20min). Apparently there is also an Airport shuttle service by the hotel but to my knowledge it isnt free and only goes 2 times a day. Anyways, once there, the check in was quick and convenient. The walk to the room at the east end was quite long (big hotel). The room was quite big, clean and had all necessary equipment, but it is noticeable that everything has come to an age or appeared to be worn out a little. Also the bathroom always smelled a bit „smokey“ and there was also an noticeable smell from the toilet drainage. All in all the room was still satisfying yet it comes at a quite expensive price where you could expect better. The breakfast had many meal choices, but nothing that was over the top. Especially the very limited fruit offer on a tropical island like Hainan was disappointing. For a Trip-5 Star-hotel at this price point it could do better. The outside facilities of the hotel were very nice and relatively well maintained. The big pool was a highlight. Also its location directly at the sea with a big beautiful beach is nice. But yet again the downside is you are not allowed to swim in the sea. Yet always someone was trying to sell some surfing courses, jetski ride or other activities. I understand the safety concern, but as an experienced swimmer with lifeguard training it was a bit ridiculous. Still having a long sunset walk at the beach is amazing. For having dinner, there are a few decent choices in the 1km footwalk vicinity. Some restaurant areas can be reached by walking down the beach. My favorite though was the „Corona-Bar“ directly in front of the hotel, which serves semi-authentic Mexican dishes and nice cocktails. It comes at a higher price point, but if you make the correct food choices it is very delicious. Check out was also quick and comfortable and to summarize, we had an enjoyable stay. I only think for the price you pay there is still some space for little improvements by the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

When you open the window in the morning, the white gauze curtain brushes over the embroidered pillow with Li brocade totems, as if whispering to the thousand-year-old Maritime Silk Road. The freshly ground Xinglong coffee in the lobby bar, served with colorful leaf glutinous rice cake, awakens the morning light of the island with a mixture of bitterness and sweetness. I love the coconut grove infinity pool at dusk, when the golden sunset falls to the bottom of the pool, and the waiter hands over the iced coconut with a copper straw, which opens the tropical night with a crisp sound. The night bed service has a hidden secret - shell wind chime souvenirs and handwritten Li song notes, and even the air-conditioning outlet is filled with the faint scent of vanilla orchids. When you step barefoot on the soft silver sand of the exclusive beach, you suddenly feel that the luxury of a five-star hotel is to make every grain of dust surrender to your poetry.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The hotel butler John contacted me in advance to understand the stay requirements. When he learned that I was traveling with my parents, he helped to upgrade the room directly after checking in. It was very spacious and could also see the sea view. The elders were very happy. On the day of check-in, the butler was very considerate and sent fruit. He was very considerate to remind us of hotel services such as dining. If you have any questions, they will be answered in time. When he learned that we were traveling by high-speed rail, he would also enthusiastically remind us of the shuttle bus time from the hotel to the railway station. I must give a thumbs up to the butler John👍. In terms of dining, there are quite a lot of breakfast options. We also had two meals in a Thai restaurant. The taste was also quite good. The service was very good in all aspects. He patiently answered our questions about the taste of the dishes, and it was also in place. The room cleaning was also very clean and tidy. The hotel beach really has a full holiday feeling. You don’t have to go out anymore. You can soak in the hotel for a few days. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when traveling. I feel that the cost performance is really great. I will give a full score of five points [love][love][love]

The room is very comfortable, the whole park is very large, the environment is also very good, the hotel is very close to the beach, and also close to the Shenzhou Peninsula Lighthouse. The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools. The hotel housekeeper Miss Ella provides very good service. If you need anything, she will handle it in time. The hotel is very suitable for a relaxing vacation. It is very comfortable to stay. I will come again next time. Recommended

This stay at Four Points Sheraton is perfect and must be given five stars! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the caring service was throughout, especially the housekeeper Xiao Chen, who made me feel the warmth of home with meticulous care. Before check-in, Xiao Chen took the initiative to contact me, patiently asked about my needs, and helped to arrange the room in advance; during the stay, whether it was travel suggestions, dining arrangements, or temporary items, he responded immediately, professionally and efficiently. The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the facilities are complete and well-maintained, the breakfast is rich and varied, and every detail shows quality. I am very satisfied with staying in the hotel with my children this time. It is also very convenient to pick up from Shenzhou Station. The hotel is picturesque and has many swimming pools. The shallow water area is very suitable for children. We had a lot of fun. There are also adventures, fishing, and bubble parties in the afternoon. At night, the sunset at the beach, catching small crabs. It is also very fun to bring children to the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. When bringing children, we pay attention to hygiene issues. The hotel has very good service in this regard. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Chen. We stayed for a parent-child trip. He specially upgraded the family room for us, patiently answered questions, and provided very attentive service. I will choose Sheraton next time I come to Wanning.

At first I thought the room facilities were old, but the view and scenery were good. The surrounding facilities were also quite complete. The beach was great. The room lights were on at night and the atmosphere was very good. I felt very good instantly. The sunset bar next door at the Sheraton headquarters also had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it. Overall, it was very cost-effective. I especially thanked the housekeeper Ella for her good service. She upgraded us to a beachfront room. She also responded to other requests. I was very satisfied.
