"The front desk staff was very welcoming and told me they'd upgraded my room by two categories. I had to wait a bit during check-in, and the lobby manager actually helped me speed up the process. When I was heading to my room, a young man proactively offered to help with my luggage. The surroundings of the hotel are very pleasant and quiet. Getting to the room by elevator was a bit inconvenient; we rented a car in Hainan and parked it on the 2nd-floor parking lot. We had to take one elevator to the 3rd floor, and then another elevator to get to the 7th floor, and the room was quite a walk from there. The same applied when going down. When we went out for food, driving back and forth, we had to switch elevators. Also, the room's cleanliness wasn't great, as you can see in the pictures."

"1. The room facilities are a bit old, but they are still clean and tidy, and the functions are all OK; 2. The beach, sea view, lounge chairs, and swimming pool are all invincible, better than most hotels; 3. If you are traveling with children or as a couple, and you care about avoiding crowded people, this place is simply heaven; 4. The surrounding restaurants are in front of you. I stayed for 6 days and had different meals every time. If you want to eat decent hotel food, there is a restaurant in Junlan Hotel next to it, and the price is not bad; if you want to eat seafood, there are several seafood restaurants with high scores on Dianping nearby; if you are a little further away, there are also trough vinegar. They are all delicious; 5. It is recommended to travel by car. There are too many things to do nearby. Fenjiezhou Island and Ocean Happy World are both good, and they are super suitable for bringing children; 6. The service of the store is very good, and it is also very timely and proactive. Service attitude, anyway, I stayed for 6 days and was very satisfied!"
