I left my cosmetics in the room when checking out, and the owner was very kind and arranged a time to bring them down to me!"

"Our stay this time was absolutely perfect! I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a Thai-style villa free of charge, which was such a wonderful surprise! The villa featured high, wooden ceilings that were incredibly stylish, and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The Thai-style soft furnishings were tastefully arranged, with blue and white throw pillows complementing the solid wood furniture perfectly. Being in the room felt like a Southeast Asian getaway, the atmosphere was just incredible. Not only was the hardware superb, but the service was also impeccable. From check-in to everyday needs, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Their response time was quick, and they even proactively asked about our needs and offered suggestions for activities. The care in every detail made us feel especially welcome. The bedding in the room was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities and amenities were all high-quality; you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. The surrounding environment was serene, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a truly immersive holiday experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

Every night, there's a complimentary sweet soup. I didn't try it, but the butler always informed guests it was available on a first-come, first-served basis. Right outside the hotel is a street full of bars, including 216 Restaurant & Bar and Malt, all just a short walk away. It's a great way to spend time, just chilling there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. At night, the bars are incredibly lively and bustling – definitely a young crowd!"

I will look for this side when I come to Shenzhou Peninsula in the future. It is only1.8 kilometers away from the lighthouse... You can see the entire sea when you lie in the living room, and the lighthouse is on the right side of the balcony. Really comfortable!"

It's tranquil and healing, offering far better value for money than similarly priced guesthouses and hotels of the same star rating. A must-stay when in Wanning, truly excellent value!"

"I stayed in a garden view room, and the air was great. Occasionally, birds would land in the garden to forage. Stepping off the hotel lawn, you're right on the beach with fine, soft sand, and it's also very close to the popular lighthouse. The environment is quite good. From check-in to check-out, we had a one-on-one butler. We could tell them anything we needed at any time, and they responded quickly. Every day, they would ask if we needed the room cleaned. However, one day, the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10 AM, saying she wanted to clean the room. I clearly told her I hadn't requested a cleaning, my child was sleeping, and someone was in the bathroom, so we didn't need it cleaned for now. But the cleaning lady insisted on coming in. I thought maybe she wanted to finish early and go home, so I told her to wait at the door for 2 minutes while I woke my child up, and then we left, leaving the room for her to clean. About half an hour later, the butler proactively asked if we needed the room cleaned. 😂 I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened. Electric carts are available for transport in and out of the park. You can just stand by the road for a short while, and a cart will come by. The staff would politely ask if we needed a ride. Very courteous, thumbs up! 👍 Let's talk about the food. The breakfast at Yu He and He Fang had pretty much the same variety. For a room rate of over 2000 per night, the quality of the breakfast didn't match the price, although the staff were quite enthusiastic. Food deliveries would be sent to a designated locker. Once it arrived, guests would call the front desk and provide the last few digits of their phone number, and staff would deliver it to the room. The town center is about 300 meters from the hotel, and almost all deliveries come from there. As soon as the store confirmed the order was ready, the delivery driver would get it to the hotel within 5 minutes. Compared to hotels of similar price in Sanya, the Grand Hyatt's pool and water park are a bit small, with the water park only having one small slide. The Kids Club is a children's activity center, but the equipment is quite limited. Overall, I feel that Shenzhou Peninsula is not very well-developed for family trips with children. I hope it will improve over time."

The house is spacious and clean, and at just over 100 yuan per person, it's a great deal. The snorkeling 🤿 recommended by the housekeeper was so much fun, reliable, and affordable! I'll definitely be back next time!! Highly recommended!!"

"The room is massive. It could fit three people. The shower gets hot when pointed to the right and it does take a while for it to heat up. I noticed an old review saying that. The hotel reception is quite hard to find. The hotel is a bit dated but it is clean and it's got great views and very quiet location. They helped arrange for my surfing classes and they gave me a good deal. Overall a good stay but be prepared to have coffee in the room. The nearest cafe is a 30 minute walk away and they opened at 10am. The area is great if you want a quiet stay and long walks. The rooms look exactly how they are in the hotel photos online."
