GGuest UserThe design is very cozy; the beautiful architecture and scenery always put you in a good mood, whether it's day or night. The poolside photos are especially photogenic when the lights are on. Xiao Xu was very enthusiastic; I often felt like he treated me more like a brother than a guest, helping me with my luggage and recommending good restaurants nearby. A hundred thumbs up!

WWaikin.mDe Vivre is to live, and you will never feel more alive here. Away from the hectic city life and mundane repetitive everyday work rush, you can wind down and relax here. The setting of the place is like a garden, it has a touch of rustic yet modern. If you are looking for a place to take photos then this is the place for you. Every inch of De Vivre will produce the best photo you can ever ask for. They even provide a free photography service for you if you need( first 3 photos is by the photographer).
The most outstanding part about this place, more so than the scenary is the service provided by the staff there. They have a 24hours butler service that will try help you resolve any problems that you have to the best of their abilities. They are swift in responding and always always very friendly to make you feel at home. The owner who is there most of the time will chat with you and offer you fruits from the local villagers and really make you feel at ease and at home. Not to mention the 2 dogs there that are extremely friendly that will only try to ask you for belly rubs.
They also offer a lot of activies in the hotel such as henna painting, hair braiding and other diy art events, with afternoon tea and even movie under the stars. If you are looking to go to the nearby beach, they have a chauffer to bring you there and back, you just have to communicate the timings with them. The whole stay is extremely pleasant.
If you are worried about the cleanliness of the place, it is extremely clean. Thy would on the air conditional before you arrive so that your room would already be cool. The room always smells very pleasant.
Last but not least, I just wanna say this is not a sponsored post hahaha. These are all heartfelt feelings and I would definitely find time to go back there. They definitely made me feel like home even away from home. This is the perfect getaway for anyone.

FFengyoudiandawotingbudaoI booked a twin room for my trip with a friend. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if the slippers could be color-coded for easier distinction, especially for those who are particular about hygiene. Also, on the first day, the showerhead couldn't be adjusted and only pointed towards the door, so after showering, the bathroom floor was completely wet. However, the cleaning staff must have noticed this on the second day because they fixed it for us without us even asking – very thoughtful! The overall service at the hotel is exceptional, every single aspect of it. The shuttle runs frequently, and the housekeeping is also very attentive. The staff at the entrance are all very diligent. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a private beach; you have to cross a road to get to one. If that doesn't bother you, the value for money is excellent. I hope the hotel can add some more atmospheric public area decor. On the bright side, the hotel's location is very convenient, with a night market, popular restaurants, and several great beach bars/restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThis is a newly opened hotel that's part of the CTS Surfing Resort, with a pretty fresh style.
We stayed in a surfing twin room. There's no nightstand in the middle, so the beds can be pushed together, which is convenient for families like ours with kids. The twin beds are larger, and having two separate duvets is more practical in case the little ones kick theirs off.
The vanity is in the main room, in line with the TV, while the toilet and shower are on opposite sides of the room. Overall, it's fairly convenient. However, when you enter the shower area on the right, there's no space to change or grab a towel to dry off – you're immediately in the shower. Once you're done and open the shower door, you're directly back in the room, completely exposed. For families with very young children, this might not be an issue.
Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are quite modern. The balcony has two seats and a clothes drying rack. There's no washing machine in the room, but there's a self-service laundry room on the first floor with two washers and dryers (no need for detergent or disinfectant, as the machines automatically dispense them). You might have to wait during peak hours.
Overall, it's pretty good and suitable for surfing. Our butler, Linda, added us on WeChat in advance to introduce the services and facilities, which was very convenient and the service was good.

GGuest UserI recently stayed here as a Belgian Chinese traveler, and even though my Chinese isn’t very strong, I was welcomed with so much warmth. This hostel is a true hidden gem, tucked away from the typical tourist trails in a quiet part of the village. It’s the perfect location: right by the fields and some very trendy coffee shops, yet only a 5-minute scooter ride from the main bay and the best surf spots.
The owners, Shuiku (水库) and Xiaoxiao (笑笑), really made my trip. Shuiku immediately helped me sort out a scooter and personally showed me where to find the best waves, while Xiaoxiao’s English is quite good, which made everything so much easier. They also pointed me toward some local restaurants that were all absolutely delicious.
The vibe of the place is just great. It’s incredibly clean because the cleaning lady and Shuiku himself clean the place several times a day. I loved the design of the indoor chill-out area, though sitting outside to enjoy the tropical weather was just as good. There’s a washing machine which is super handy, and you can rent surfboards for a very fair, cheap price.
Because the owners' friends drop by almost daily, there’s always a lively, authentic atmosphere. I met a great mix of foreign tourists and Chinese solo travelers trekking around the island by bike or motorcycle. Many Chinese couples and families where staying too, it is very kid-friendly too. I even ended up meeting a French girl there, and we spent a whole week surfing together. If you're looking for a peaceful yet social spot to surf, this is it.

老板水库 (Shuiku) 和老板娘笑笑 (Xiaoxiao) 人真的太好了。水库二话没说就帮我搞定了租摩托车的事，还亲自带我去看了最好的几个冲浪点。笑笑的英语说得挺流利，这对沟通帮助很大。他们推荐的几家餐厅也全都超级好吃，完全没有踩雷。
青旅的环境没得说，非常干净，我看到保洁阿姨和水库每天都会打扫好几次。室内休息区的设计感很强，在那儿待着很舒服，或者在院子里享受海南的好天气也很惬意。这里还有洗衣机可以用，冲浪板的租借价格也非常公道。
最让我喜欢的是这里的氛围。老板的朋友们经常过来串门，所以感觉特别亲切、有生活气息。我在这里遇到了很多外国游客，还有不少骑自行车或摩托车环岛的中国驴友。我甚至还结识了一位法国姑娘，我们俩一起冲浪了一整个星期。很多中国夫妇和家庭也住在这里，这里也非常适合带孩子入住。如果你想在海南找一个既能安静休息又能结识有趣朋友的冲浪点，选这里准没错。

I stayed here for 4 nights and honestly, I’m already thinking about my next trip back. The whole vibe of this hotel is peaceful, green, and super relaxing — perfect for a little escape from the city.
While my room didn’t face the ocean directly, it overlooked a beautiful garden full of lush tropical trees and plants. It felt like waking up in the middle of a quiet jungle oasis. I loved how calming it was — birds chirping in the morning, swaying palm trees, and so much natural light.
The room itself was spotless and stylish, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. You can tell they care about maintaining the place really well.
What really made this stay special was the staff. Everyone I met was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help — whether it was arranging transportation or giving local tips. They even have drivers who can take you around to explore nearby beaches and spots, which was super convenient.
One of my favorite little perks? The coffee shop inside the hotel where you can grab free coffee anytime. I spent a lot of time there, sipping on iced drinks and reading in the garden — it was honestly the perfect recharge.

The all-white castle architecture is stunning, and being right on the sea, every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. My room was clean and comfortable with excellent natural light, and the sea view was incredible. I could feel the sea breeze and sunshine just by opening the window. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the public areas were beautifully decorated, creating a perfect vacation atmosphere. The service was warm and attentive, making my stay feel incredibly safe and comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, and it offers great value for money. The balcony is very large, with a panoramic view of the sea. Because I brought children with me, I booked a 3-bedroom. The room is very spacious and the children had a lot of fun.
