"This DoubleTree by Hilton seriously needs to improve its service. I also hope Ctrip can accurately reflect genuine reviews so consumers can choose hotels that suit their preferences.
1. **Parking Garage**: The signage and lighting in the underground parking garage are very dim. The entire elevator and stairwell area is hot, and there are black steps, making it dangerous to navigate with luggage. Furthermore, both EV charging stations are in terrible condition. The Nio charging area, operated by a third party, is full of clutter and trash. One charging pile even has its QR code scratched off, yet electric buses can just plug and charge. The other charging station is right next to the lobby entrance, almost entirely occupied by gas-powered cars. I'd like to know what the point of installing that boom barrier is.
2. **Poor Service**: There was a long queue for check-in with only two counters open. Management stood in the lobby, neither helping guests with luggage nor offering any alternative solutions to the check-in line problem.
3. **Breakfast Chaos**: The hotel breakfast felt like a scramble in a wet market. In the rice noodle area, everyone was rushing and grabbing, making it impossible to order according to guest preferences. There were no queue numbers, just total disarray. Many ingredients were either missing or not refilled, and everything was bland. This paid breakfast is definitely not worth it.
4. **Faulty Delivery Robots**: The hotel's delivery robots were frequently unavailable or malfunctioning, getting stuck in guest room elevators, unable to move in or out. Clearly, there are issues with their programming and compatibility with the elevator system.
5. **Subpar Room & Facilities**: The garden view from the 2nd-floor rooms was really poor, just a layer of artificial grass on the rooftop. The room facilities were very old, the sliding door wouldn't close properly, and the wear and tear on the charging sockets indicated that room maintenance is still lacking.
6. **Disappointing Cinema**: The hotel's cinema is small, and the staff's attitude was very mediocre. Yet, movie tickets cost twice as much as outside, regardless of whether you're a hotel guest.
7. **Only Consolation - Pool**: The only silver lining was the hotel's swimming pool; the water quality and service there were generally good.
8. **New Front Office Manager**: The newly appointed Front Office Manager is excellent. I hope the hotel can improve based on these issues to gain more guest recognition. Hardware is one aspect, but software (service) is where continuous improvement can truly be made."
