Miaomiaoshikong·qingshanbaowuThere are very few B&Bs that I can comment on. This B&B is really cost-effective. I booked this B&B for a trip with my friends. The B&B is very close to the station, and the B&B has a pick-up and drop-off service. The service attitude is super high. In addition, the environment of the B&B is clean and tidy, the rooms are also very good, and the projectors and speakers are all available. highly recommended! ! !

Guest UserOverall, my stay was fantastic. The cleanliness was top-notch, the room was spacious, and it was very quiet. The free breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's pets were incredibly well-behaved, especially the dogs, who were very friendly. The location was convenient, not too far from the beach at two kilometers, and renting a car right at the entrance was easy. Short trips by taxi or car were quick. The service was attentive, and the overall value for money was excellent.

Posted on Aug 18, 2026|2 Twin Beds With Sea View
Guest UserI'm a Grand Hyatt member, but their booking system is clunky, so I booked through Ctrip instead of the official Grand Hyatt website.
First, the room. I booked an ocean-view twin room back in June. When I arrived, I found out it was in building 37. While not the most central location, it was still nice; I could see the sea from the balcony. Next time, I hope to get a more central spot.
Regarding the beach: Two years ago, we stayed in Shimei Bay, and the beach there was fantastic, even better than Yalong Bay's, though the hotel itself was mediocre. This time at the Grand Hyatt, the hotel is great, but honestly, the beach isn't as clean as Shimei Bay. There was a lot of trash on the sand near the lighthouse, and the sand itself wasn't as fine as Shimei Bay's.
About check-in: We arrived around 11 AM and had lunch. By about 2 PM, we could check in. The buggy service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. However, I have to mention that the service from the staff member at the hotel lounge while we were waiting to check in was a bit cold. When I asked him something, he answered impatiently.
Regarding the room: The room was indeed spacious and very clean, with welcome drinks and a coffee machine. But the bathtub drain was constantly clogged; we had to call maintenance three nights in a row, and it was never fixed. That's unacceptable. Also, the sliding door to toilet 9 was poor quality and noisy.
We requested an extra bed, and it turned out to be a terrible spring mattress – unstable and unsafe to sleep on. I hope next time the hotel provides extra beds that are of the same quality as the main beds.
The Wi-Fi was slow, and I kept having connection issues. I ended up using my phone's 5G for three days.
Breakfast: Excellent, 5 stars! There are two restaurants, Yu and Hefang, offering both Western and Chinese options. No queues in the morning, so you can enjoy a comfortable breakfast.
When we went to the hotel's 'Tanpan' for drinks in the evening, we were almost eaten alive by mosquitoes. No amount of repellent helped, so we couldn't enjoy ourselves.
The hotel front desk staff arranged by Ctrip, Ms. She, had excellent service. She was very helpful and responded quickly.
I hope the hotel improves its service standards. I would still consider staying here again.

MeisenkaiserThe best homestay we had in China. A really beautiful place. But the real beauty lies in the people who work there. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. We also met the owner who is also really friendly and helpful. He took us to a market and to a beach where fishermen pull their nets in the evening. He also invited us to dinner in the evening and we had a great evening with him. The house manager is also a great guy. He took us to the Swallow Cave and helped us get a transport to Sanya when our train was cancelled during a typhoon. We also participated in a number of activities in the afternoon with the wonderful guest service manager. A big thank you to all the warm-hearted people of this hotel, you made our stay really special!

Everything was great, except the price during Chinese New Year was indeed very high. If it were in the 800-1000 range, I think it would be a fantastic hotel. I really loved the environment; after seeing too much of the sea, experiencing tropical nature felt really refreshing and met my expectations. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and the shuttle service offered unlimited rides to nearby attractions. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Compared to the Westin I'm staying at now, I'd much rather be there; this place feels like a chaotic market with almost zero service.

At first, I thought that it would be quieter in the village. I missed the rooster crowing in the early morning and the helicopter in Shimei Bay roared during the day.
The room is OK, the disposable items are very good. The bathroom door was slippery and asked the housekeeper to take a floor mat.
The electric car rental at the homestay is 50 yuan a day, and there is a traffic jam nearby. It is convenient to ride a small motorcycle.
The homestay takes a small road (not very good) to the southern end of Shimei Bay in ten minutes. There are few people and the sand is very fine. It is suitable for children to dig sand, but it is not suitable for people who want to pick up shells. There is sand on the entire beach here, and there are no stones and coral stones.
We rode to the sea view pavilion to pick up shells, not far away, and then rode all the way to the Shenzhou Peninsula.
Eat to China Resources Jiuli, vanilla duck, dregs vinegar hot pot.

I’ve stayed for two days and it was lovely
The property is just beautiful, super clean and modern but with simple classic touches
It truly feels like a piece of paradise inside a quiet village
The nature around and within the garden is stunning
And the host was so so very helpful and kind, she helped me with all my questions about the area, transportation, bike rental and was even kind enough to help me with some money exchange. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in visiting this part of wanning Hainan

I give this hotel 100% praise. I always thought that the hygiene of B&Bs is difficult to guarantee, but the hygiene here is very good. The balcony is very large, with a panoramic view of the sea. Because I brought children with me, I booked a 3-bedroom. The room is very spacious and the children had a lot of fun. I strongly recommend going to the beach bar opposite at night to sit. There are fireworks 🎆 and it is also very convenient to ride a bike

WanglouyaoLucyThe sea in Xinqun Bay is really blue
It is indeed a glass sea and there are few people. It is really relaxing to take a walk, take photos and drink some wine.
It's really comfortable to stay here for vacation. Beach bar, surfing, outdoor swimming pool
BBQ, Western food, all kinds of food are available at their home
This is the real slow life.
No need to run around to various check-in spots, you can get what you want here
I like the boss very much. She is very pretty and has a European and American style.
She has a very nice personality and even gave me some fruit🥭
Not an exaggeration at all! I feel like I'm on vacation abroad🏖️
You won't get tired of staying there for a week.
The joy of waking up and seeing the sea
It can be said that this homestay is a surprise of this trip🏄
You can enjoy the whole beach without crowds.
You need to book a room in advance, otherwise you really can't book it.

Facilities: Extremely well-equipped. The washing machine and refrigerator are absolutely essential in a tropical coastal city. It was so convenient to just toss our swimsuits into the washing machine after a dip in the sea every day. The guesthouse even provided small packets of laundry detergent, which was more than enough. It was also great to have a fridge for storing fruits and desserts we bought.
The TV is large and supports screen mirroring, which is fantastic. The air conditioning is powerful too.
We could use the pools and water park at the Legend Seaview Hotel, which is a great perk. Unfortunately, the water park wasn't open in June, but the pool was still very good.
Environment: Absolutely beautiful. The balcony view is exceptional, with double-sided sea views. I wanted to take photos every day, and it really lifted my spirits. For this price, this guesthouse offers incredible value.
Service: The housekeeper service is excellent. They respond instantly during working hours and are always ready to help. If something was missing or broken, repairs were done very promptly. An auntie came to clean every day, and the service quality was comparable to a hotel.
Hygiene: For a guesthouse, the hygiene was already very good. However, I have a few suggestions:
First, because the air by the sea is humid, the carpets in the bedroom tend to develop a musty smell if the windows aren't open for a while, and they're difficult to maintain. Dry flooring would be cleaner. It would be great if the carpet could be removed.
Second, upon check-in, we found a bit of old food residue in the refrigerator 😂. It would be good to improve the cleanliness of food storage areas like the fridge.
Third, perhaps because the entire building consists of apartments with kitchens, we found large cockroaches every day during our stay (for someone from the north, they truly seemed big). However, after asking the cleaning auntie to increase the dosage of cockroach killer, the ones we found afterward were basically dead.
Aside from these three points, I was quite satisfied with the guesthouse's hygiene.
Location: It's on Rongchuang Peninsula, where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. There are also many shuttle buses to the beach, which is very convenient. However, food and drinks on the island are a bit pricier. We rented an electric scooter and sometimes went to the village for meals and to buy fruit.
