The room is average, the air conditioner is very noisy, so I have to turn it off to fall asleep. The service is very poor. They knocked on my door before I checked out. There is no water to drink. The room was exactly as the picture with the Marina view Good insulation on the walls. Not perfect, but good. The Nesspreso machine was broken so couldn’t use it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will compare it with the intercontinental next door next time.
