Each bedroom comes with its own renovated en suite bathroom. The bathrooms are a luxurious oasis with modern fixtures, emerald tile, and one features a bathtub-shower combination for a spa-like experience. This apartment also includes practical amenities such as in-unit laundry facilities, central heating and cooling for year-round comfort, and a queen size sofa bed. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund. For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. * Feminine Products. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. 5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver.
