From the first day, I noticed I was in a good place, where guest service is paramount, with highly qualified staff. The rooms were very clean, and the staff always went out of their way to make everyone feel completely satisfied. Thank you very much

This is my second stay and I love the well-appointed rooms, which are extremely clean,customer-focused staff, and great location to eateries. I enjoy having a kitchenette that allows me to cook small meals. The hotel is also secure, which provides a peace of mind.

Lovely room and good location, all ruined at checkout by an officious checkout lady. After paying an entire extra night’s stay to remain in the room for a few extra hours (after normal checkout at 1pm), I left my room at 5:30pm and went to the front desk to check out and to then leave for the airport. Literally 2 minutes after checking out, while I was still standing at the front desk, I was informed my flight was changed and I didn’t need to leave for the airport for a further 2 hours. I asked to go back to my room but the person at front desk just said ‘no way’ can you return to the room as the ‘system won’t allow’. She showed zero flexibility or empathy. She was still holding my room key I had just handed to her. What a way to ruin an otherwise nice stay. I told her I’d make sure my company, that group books this hotel for about 10 rooms for a week twice a year, goes someplace else in future.
