Good hotel, clean, comfortable, close to tourist attractions, easy to travel. But I still haven't received the 150$ USD deducted from the hotel as security deposit.

自助式酒店超棒！已是第二次入住，孩子很喜歡。房間面積大、有廚房且配套餐廚用具齊全。裝修現代，較新，房子豁亮。位置優越，在波託馬克河與喬治城商街之間，出則繁華，入則安靜，周邊有CVS超市及葯店，走路七八分鐘有trade joe's超市，與喬治城大學和白宮走路都20多分鐘，且街區安全。酒店大堂可供休閑位置較多，還有桌球。工作人員不多，但各自忙碌，並不打擾客人，提出問題可很快解決，可以通過網絡溝通，能及時反饋解決。如果説缺點，就是空調主機在房間牆壁裏，啟動時很吵，給了耳塞。我的解決之道是，降到一定温度後調高温度然後改AUTO模式，房間温度上升不到預設温度，主機就不會啟動。

Keyless entry to door did not work the first few times, TV didn't work because the remote didn't have batteries, dead spider in the shower, AC was broken and wouldn't go less than 77 degrees while sleeping, shower was missing a liner, closet door wouldn't close, so many issues with general maintenance of this property. I reached out to their chat on the app and they did nothing to alleviate the problems.

Okay place to stay for a short time. Kinda overpriced for the quality I got. It’s basically an old apartment building converted to a hotel. Washroom looks really old. Also, the windows are old and you can hear everything from outside. Our room was not quiet at all.

Location is everything. Apart of that: it was nor properly cleaned, there were aunts, windows are locked and the air conditioner does a terrible noise (terrible). Should be way better for the price.

A/C broken so I was asked to leave?
I love this place and usually try to stay here as often and possible. But this time the A/C didn’t work in my room (I could never get it below 79 in the room). Most dissapoiting was response to not being able to fix it: offer to let me leave and not charge me for 1/3 of my nights? (See pic). My only option was to pack up all my stuff and book another hotel last min? Way too costly so I just slept 3 nights in 80 degree room.
Seems like they could have at least offered me a different room or a full refund for all nights it didn’t work. Just made me feel like they didn’t care about me or my business at all!
