1.酒店前台服務很好，很熱情很有禮貌，我們退房之後還幫我們寄存了半天行李； 2.因為訂的房間無窗，所以一開門就有一股潮味，還有小蚊子（不知道是啥蟲子，飛來飛去很煩人）； 3.最惱火的是，這個酒店房間不隔音！！！跟隔壁房間不隔音，人家的手機振動都能聽到，更別説講話了，跟走廊也不隔音，走廊有人講話或者經過，都吵得不行🙅♀️睡眠淺的人是一點都沒法睡了。

酒店環境幽靜，設施齊全，位置便利，離火炬八街和海邊浴場都不遠。房間乾淨整潔，舒適衞生。服務熱情，細緻周到。

建議大家提前訂，如果計劃在威海待3天住2晚的話，可以在這裏住兩晚，第一天在酒店路對面的鳳凰車行租車（老闆很好），騎行去半月灣那邊玩，還車後，可以第二天打車去布魯威斯號船，再打車到逍遙灣（人比那香海少，景色一樣），推薦給大家。
