So Cool so nice so happy!

I have been living in China for five years and have travelled extensively in that time. This is one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. The staff are all kind, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is in a wonderful, central location close to many interesting activities and attractions. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic view. Breakfast was excellent. So was the lunch buffet on the 6th floor, and dinner in the restaurant on the 20th floor. I hope to return soon.

Aged facilities but great service with all sorts of welcome treats, heated bottles of water and gifts. We’ve been really well taken care of during our stay. Not to mention the great buffet. Manager Sunny Feng and colleagues were professional and helpful. Seniors of the family were happy about the entire journey.

Good hotel

The Bright Hotel is perhaps the best Hotel we have stayed at in China whilst visiting over 80 cities. The building is not imposing but the hotel itself is super. The staff have an attitude of ‘what can I do to make your stay the best ever ‘ and it shows . The food and the kitchen staff are the terrific because the food is truly delicious . Little touches like a small plate of fresh fruit adds a little extra to the visit . Added extras like guests washing and drying facilities makes laundry easy and being situated in the Gym gives opportunities to work out . If you are on a business or holiday trip you will not regret staying at the Bright Hotel .

The refrigerator in the room was not working

Really sad! This is our go-to hotel when we come to town but this time it was terrible. The kitchen was closed and the breakfast offer very poor. The staff treated us like leppers and I had to ask for new towels, coffee and even toilet paper. Weihai is so frightened of the virus that their service had gone to the dogs. Such a sorry state of affairs.

As soon as I entered the elevator, I could see a cute cartoon sculpture. I thought it was an ordinary sculpture. The next day I found that it still needed to be charged. It is said that it can also answer questions. It can be regarded as an AI toy haha Hygiene: clean and bright, central air conditioning, dry and wet separation, better hygiene than other hotels of the same price I saw in Weihai, some even have to stand in the bathtub to take a bath, why bother, choosing this hotel at the same price will not be a loss Environment: Because it was a small peak season when I went there, I just avoided holidays, so I didn't feel the problem of poor sound insulation. It was very quiet overall and I slept well at night. The location is also good, avoiding the Internet celebrity check-in place. The advantage is that it is quiet and not noisy, which is suitable for slowly savoring the beauty of Weihai. It's not far from Weihai Station and Weihai North Station. It costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi. There is a bus downstairs. It's also close to Xingfumen. It's very convenient to go to other places. The most important thing is that there are a lot of food. There are several large shopping malls opposite to meet tourists who want environment and service. There are also local delicacies in the Zodiac Street next to it. Jiawang is the first choice. It's cheap and delicious home-cooked seafood stir-fry. The clams are really fresh and sweet. There is also a coarse grain noodle. The two of us ate more than twenty. It's also good to feel the daily meals of the locals. Overall, the hotel has a good location and excellent service, which infinitely magnifies my enthusiasm and beauty for Weihai. It is very cost-effective and really worth coming again!
