"I had not stopped in a Travelodge for 15 years until two days ago, I was not sure what to expect. We arrived to check in and the two young ladies on reception could not have been more polite, pleasant & helpful. The room was clean, functional and airy, with coffee making facilities. Our two night stay was not 5 star, however, it was extremely good value, and we have no complaints. Throughout our stay the staff were excellent, for this alone I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, yes I also recommend this Travelodge."

"Nice hotel that we haven’t visited for a few years because of price increases. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Check in good and great staff all round. Only problems were the bed is much smaller than in Holiday Inn Express , the shower had no connection strip to connect panel to bath therefore a flooded floor, also no full length mirror for dressing."

"This is currently my favourite hotel in the area. Lovely and peaceful with all you need. Prem plus room have the addition of air con. Plenty of parking and newly opened restaurant close by (not part of the hotel chain) The hotel is always clean and so comfortable with all you need if away on business but the main thing about this place is the staff. They are always so friendly and welcoming with Fridah always remembering me and making my stay that little bit special and nothing is too much trouble. She’s amazing. The whole team here needs to be recognised for the amazing service they deliver. I will be back very soon."
