HUALUXE Hotel Wuhu Reviews

Very nice hotel in Wuhu. I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The open floor plan is interesting and enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom area. The bed was comfortable and large enough for me (6’5”). Breakfast had a large variety to select from, and enjoyed the Chinese dishes the most. The hotel is located right next to the river, and I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. Great place to stay.

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

Great hotel, breakfast is very good..

The check in was quick with good English speaking front desk. Rooms are stylish with very confortable bed and not smelly at all and the bathroom has all the necessary amenities. The gym is well equipped with multi power station, leg press, Shoulder press machine , pectoral flying machine and rear delt machine, biceps machine and dump bell station up to 20kg. Breakfast has western available options There is a nice shopping mall next to the hotel

I'll explain in advance that this bad review is for the aunt at the breakfast noodle stall, but it also shows the overall management level. I told the aunt at breakfast, "Please cook more wontons for me, but she didn't listen at all and cooked the original amount. I told her again, cook more wontons and she didn't listen at all. Then the tricks started, she poured the wontons that had been on the stove for who knows how long and were already cooked directly into the newly cooked wontons, I said why can't they all be freshly cooked, these wontons have been on the stove for a long time, you can't pour this in, she said that the wontons would be wasted... and her attitude was very bad, meaning that I wasted her wontons. And she was very impatient, I said that the waste is not my problem, it's your problem, why should I bear the problem of your waste. Then there was a particularly annoying expression, everything was good in the hotel, it was this breakfast that affected the quality of the entire breakfast, the last picture is this stall, I don't know what she was thinking, and she didn't pay attention to me when I complained to the hotel

I chose Hualuxe this time. As expected, the river view of the suite is very beautiful, the room is clean, and the front desk lady Anna is very considerate. I will choose Hualuxe next time I have the chance.

The hotel environment is really good. Kevin at the front desk was very friendly when checking in. InterContinental members were given welcome drink coupons and they also gave the children toiletries. When we checked out, we lost something in the room, and the hotel contacted us immediately. Great!
