The hotel is very close to the subway. The room has everything you need. Everything is clean. There are few shopping and dining options in the immediate vicinity.

The location was great. At the city center of Wuxi and across the metro main station. Has a great view of city. Close the shopping centers, temples and parks. Despite some language barriers, the staff was really helpful, always smiling and so nice. Room cleaned every day. Even the toothbrush, comb, and slippers changed every single day. Really recommend that hotel.

I wanted to stay here to have an opinion on it. Odd name first of all. The hotel had a good location. Close to lots of things. Check in wasn't that bad, but I could tell that they did not have tons of experience checking in foreigners, but they ended up doing a good job and were nice and spoke decent English. The hotel is a bit old. The elevator is not great but not bad. The room reeked of cigarettes and it hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I went in. Not really the staffs fault as I did get a good promo deal and it did say smoking allowed, so I guess I should have known and stayed away since I hate cigarettes. The room was decent. Shower and bed etc were good. The towels smelled big time like cigarettes. I am guessing that someone had used and then they did not wash them which skeeved me out a bit, or maybe they just absorbed the tons of smoke being blown around by previous guests. This used to be a Jinjiang, I could tell because there were still logos all over. WiFi was good, breakfast was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was pretty good. I had a decent enough stay but I would not return. There are far better hotels around with a similar or even cheaper price point.

It’s one ok hotel in a very good central location given the price. But…
The service staff in the reception could not communicate in English at all. I can not understand why such good hotels hire personnel that interact with customers and do not even know the basic English.
Regarding the cleaning, the “make up my room” is just changing the towels and make up the bedsheets. They didn’t even throw any trash during our 3 nights stay! On the bright side, the room was found in excellent cleaning condition when we arrived.

1) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
2) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful
3) Free laundry service provided
4) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby
5) The setbacks ~ Decoration was outdated. There was unpleasant smells from the drain of the bathroom. We had to ensure that the bathroom door is close all the times. Suggest that the hotel do something to solve this problem.
