國慶假期來吳忠玩訂了兩天這家酒店，從一開始就讓人很無語衞生間裏面的吹風機是掛牆式的，暖風稍微吹一會就斷電，女朋友洗了個頭發吹了快一個小時沒吹乾無奈找老闆借個帶線的吹風機，偌大個酒店連個吹風機都沒有，最後老闆敲門確定我們旁邊那間房沒人後直接打開了房門拿走了他們的吹風機還給我們説快用説實話震驚我一整年，再説最讓人無語的事，最後一天早上退房的時候洗腳坐在了馬桶蓋的上面，馬桶蓋劈的一聲裂開了，瞬間把我的屁股給夾了一道印子，住過那麼多酒店民宿，包括自己家裡的馬桶也是，從來沒有發生過這種情況，明明是馬桶蓋的質量問題非常的薄，結果老闆強制從我們的按金里扣除了40元，未經過我們的同意就私自扣款，從這件事發生到結束，始終沒有關心過顧客一句身體情況有沒有受傷什麼的，始終都在關心自己的馬桶蓋，我就想説這難道不是安全隱患嗎？我們想着出來玩別給自己找不痛快沒有追究，結果反倒被扣了40元按金，那我們的身體健康受了損失怎麼説？真的無語，更無語的是一開始還是跟我們商量是扣我們60元按金，然後我們不同意覺得自己也受到了損失，結果到最後直接不管了單方面就把錢給扣除了，發這些就是想讓老闆清楚明明是自己家的東西質量有問題，就應該立刻整改，不要讓顧客受到傷害，我們也算是踩雷了，很少給酒店民宿差評這件事是真的忍不了

一開始訂的熊貓主題的，，去入住的時候才説前一天的人續住了，難道不能提前通知嗎？然後隔音也不好，半夜被人吵架的聲音給吵醒，，而且房間裏櫃子還有喇叭，睡到半夜突然有聲音説：請輸入正確密碼解鎖，直接嚇人呢
