酒店的位置簡直太好了，步行5分鐘內都是美食店，樓下就是公車站，去哪裡都超級方便。房間佈置簡單，但是收拾得很乾凈，很棒的入住體驗。

酒店綜合性價比很高！因為我是去梧州學院考試的，要求不是很高。一、周圍吃喝的很多，門口走兩步就是公交站。一早打車到學校也方便，3公里不算遠。二、前台姐姐人都很好，還幫我跑去找打印店，非常感謝。三、客房每天也打掃添加物品，床品乾淨沒有異味。四、位置在大路上好找，房間比較靠裏所以也不吵。五、這個價位還有自助洗衣機和烘乾，房間還有晾衣服的窗户有些驚喜。唯一美中不足的是沒有電梯，大件行李不是很友好。

一進門就發現那個空調不管開到哪個檔都響的特別大聲。根本吵的人無法入睡。經過協商，其他的房間也都是這樣。讓修也沒有辦法修。衞生方面總感覺有一股腥臭味，不過這種檔次的酒店衞生方面就不要求了。入住房間沒有事先提醒沒有免費水，兩元一瓶，幸好我下樓問了一下沒有打開，如果打開了，是不是我走的時候還要收我4塊錢？連電梯都沒有，總體性價比很低。前台那個服務員態度很不好，住個酒店倒欠你錢？

住了兩次，很近醫院，家裡有人在住院，所以很方便，步行一兩分鐘就到醫院了。周邊各種吃的，用的都很齊全，就是衞生要加強一下。

沒有電視，水要付費，衞生臟亂，廁所和卧室連通，廁所玻璃透光，廁所沒有燈，廁所沒有排氣扇，排氣扇的位置是一個大洞

如果睡眠質量差的，建議慎重，晚上唱歌聲，猜碼聲，聲聲入耳，優點在與地理位置比較好

老闆很熱情，會介紹周邊景點和吃，大床也很舒服，住宿體驗感不錯，是一次很棒的住宿。評分在百分九十，還差十分就是廁所抽水箱不怎麼按出水，這個需要多多加強。
