DHAWA XI‘AN CHANBA

When I came to Xi'an for a trip, I carefully selected Yueyuan. After arriving, I found that it completely exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied. The room is very large and clean, with very new facilities. It is worth mentioning that the bathroom and toilet are separated into two locations, which I like very much. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She gave us a Shaanxi-style shadow play and helped us adjust the room facing the river. The night view was very nice and the lighting was beautiful. They also stored our luggage for us when we checked out, thank you very much❤❤❤.

Guests staying in the hotel can wash their cars for free. A small gift was given when checking out. The front desk service was good. The hotel is nice.

Everything in the hotel is very new, and it is pleasing to the eye as soon as you enter the room. The small photo frame of the cultural and creative shadow play that was given when you checked in is also very warm. When I came back in the evening, I asked about the all-you-can-drink item. I was surprised to find that I could take it away. This was the first time I had packaged a buffet. The hotel in Xi'an is so generous. I would also like to express my special thanks to Xiao Chang and Luna from the hotel. After I checked out in the morning, the hotel called me and told me that I had missed a watch. When I looked at it, I washed my hands and took it off and forgot to put it on. Because I had a meeting, I couldn’t go back to get it. He said that I had to catch the train at 10:30. The lady at the front desk did not say anything and helped me deliver it by errands. Although the watch was not expensive, it felt so good to find it again and lose it again. I sighed, Yueyuan Hotel is really nice and big. The northwest is so good, Xi'an is so good, with rich history, simple folk customs, and warm and kind people! My only regret is that the check-in time was so rushed that I didn’t have time to take photos.

The room was generally OK. The TV was not turned on at first, but someone helped turn it on later. I should have given it a five-star rating, but the room was extremely hot. The air conditioner was turned on for a few hours but didn't work. Later, I called customer service and they said the air conditioner wasn't on. They turned it on later and it was better. However, in such an expensive hotel, it is still recommended to turn on the air conditioner, otherwise it will be a small gain but a big loss.
