The hotel environment is excellent, and the service staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful. One staff member, in particular, named Vivian, stands out. Her mother tongue is English, which makes her a great help to foreigners. She is incredibly kind, nice, beautiful, and has a truly kind heart. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and seeking Vivian's assistance.

心情不好自己一個人來到西安，想領略一下這裏的風土人情，隨便找了一家酒店，結果讓我內心真正感動，前台服務小姐姐特別的温柔體貼細心，看到我不太開心，還主動對我進行開解，在客房裡還有温馨的提示，環境都讓我開始慢慢放鬆，慢慢放下戒備。真的是一次難忘的回憶。設施齊全，全都很新，床也舒服，不多説了，以後來西安，可能還是因為這裏的風土人情。

房間浴室物品齊全，而且沐浴露和洗髮水很香很香，詢問了前台牌子嘿嘿ᜊ•ᴗ•ᜊ ，浴室門口有地巾，大大防止了出門滑倒，房間配備了兩套洗漱用品，也很齊全，棉簽浴帽刮鬍刀什麼的都有，服務也很熱情，走廊的客房阿姨也會給打招呼

過來看看這邊還是挺符合我的要求的。晚上洗個衣服也是前台幫忙收好的，而且這邊烘乾機烘的時間也挺長的，烘的也比較幹吧。我覺得這種的服務體驗就讓我覺得感覺還是有被好好照顧到吧。出來玩吧，比較重要的就是嗯，衞生清潔的這方面了。這邊洗完了以後我看的這邊還是有消毒片什麼的所以嗯這邊洗衣服還是挺放心的

帶女兒出來玩，也算是錯峯遊吧，嗯，女兒説這邊的早飯還是很不錯的，而且轉了一圈以後，發現樓下有一個小的小童遊樂場，孩子在這邊玩的也很開心，主要是帶着孩子出來玩，很麻煩的就是衞生問題，我們給孩子帶了的睡袋，在前幾個酒店過來的時候也有一直在用，但是孩子身上還是長了一點小疹子，看着有點心疼，在這邊住的話就完全沒有，應該是他們這邊消毒做的比較好，孩子沒有什麼過敏的症狀出現，我覺得這一點我要特別講一下，因為孩子的身體對於一個媽媽來説真的非常的重要，而且帶孩子出來玩，如果孩子身體不舒服的話，真的很麻煩，然後這邊的話做的很好，我是很不喜歡寫評價的，我今天寫一下評價，一定要講一講

酒店不錯，百寶箱的東西也很多，我能用到的我都拍一拍給大家看一下，女生們能用到的東西吧，比如説之類的這種，卸粧棉啦，還有説旅途上有一點小的問題，可以縫一縫釦子，皮筋其實用到的地方也有很多啦，他們也多給了三個皮筋，幫我捆一下我的充電線，就不會到處亂纏在一起，我覺得他們的考慮是很好的，比較貼心

孩子上學已經兩個多月了，想着過來看一眼嗯，所以選擇的這個酒店孩子的同學推薦的，説他爸媽過來的時候也是住在這邊，感覺過來看看還是挺不錯的，嗯，該有的東西都有洗衣房呀什麼的，而且我看這邊還有一些呃做喝的，下午坐在這邊跟孩子一起在大堂聊聊天，感覺也挺好的

房間放有消防自救安全呼吸器，住過很多家酒店，房間是沒有這些的，旁邊還配備了手電筒 好用心啊。房間有面超大超大的鏡子，開始還不知道藍色的那個按鈕可以按，感覺不亮。致電前台後給告知了如何使用哈哈哈，一進門有個小櫃子，裏面可以放貴重物品或行李，增大了房間的面積，不錯的一次入住
