The hotel environment is excellent, and the service staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful. One staff member, in particular, named Vivian, stands out. Her mother tongue is English, which makes her a great help to foreigners. She is incredibly kind, nice, beautiful, and has a truly kind heart. The location of the place is great, especially if you are here to see the Terra-cotta Army. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is smart technology installed in the rooms which adds that extra touch. The staff are very friendly. They have an English speaking intern who is polite and helpful. I would stay here again if I returned to the province. I highly recommend it! ☝️👌
