Check in was fast although we have barrier language with no problem. My son left the jacket at the reception area and amazingly they keep the jacket and returned to us. Thanks a lot
Rooms is clean and spacious,
The hotel location just 1 - 2 minutes from MRT station and you could walk to the moslem quarter in 10 - 15 minutes.
Negative, the hotel sign is little hard to find.

The room was pretty clean and serviced daily. The lady at the reception was able to speak English. Breakfast, not many Western options. Location super,next to the metro station. There are plenty of places to go for dinner.

This hotel extremely the best.
From check in to check out they served with smile.
When i checked in they upgraded my room without any additional charge.
This hotel is very close to the tourism area and convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel

This is a massive impressive with this hotel. You should select this hotel for your first choice. This hotel is neatest Zhonglou’s train station. A building is state hotel name “CCI” you can look at my photo for a hotel. A receptionist is very helpful and very hospitality. A hotel check in is at the 5th floor. Room is clean and silent at night. Hotel has a free laundry service room. Housekeeping is cleaning everyday. Hotel is close to the street. Nearby with food stand and a cloths shop and Miniso. Overall I DO LOVE THIS HOTEL We will book again for our next trip in Xi’an. RECOMMENDED

The staff is very friendly and the room is spacious and clean. Perfect location. The window in our room was behind a billboard so no use of it or to upgrade specifically to one with a window. Breakfast is good and has many options, not a lot western food though. :)
Look for an entrance with blue writing, 2min from the H exit of the Zhonglou Metro station. Take the elevator to the 5th floor to the lobby.

Location was very good. No complaints with the amenities that was provided. One thing that happened was the disappointment with the room cleaning lady… she opened my room door while I was asleep. And she said she looked at the wrong room number… the door lock was spoilt by the lady so I requested a change of room instead. The other room felt like there was a people who smoked inside previously… asked for air freshener but not sure if it was done since it still have lingering smoke smell. I will reconsider staying here again… I don’t feel safe.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast — it had a great variety of options and was a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

It was very convenient staying at this hotel. Very close to Bell and Drum Tower and other sites like Muslim Quarter. I can also walk to some cafes from the hotel. The ladies on the reception are all friendly and helpful. I checked out late and it was okay.
Everyday the room is tidied up and free water bottles are replenished. I can recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is just beside the metro and very near to Zhonglou. There's a self-service washing machine without a dryer provided free by the hotel.. Will come again next time.
