Perfect place to stay for a business trip in Xi’an. Easy access to subway and restaurants. The room it’s bigger then usual hotel and has a nice kitchen with all the comforts. I bene a Ale also to make some laundry since there is a washing machine in the kitchen. Checkin very easy. Every time I go on a business trip, I will stay at this hotel. It is very convenient. The staff is also very enthusiastic. The thoughtful and considerate service makes me feel the warmth of home. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious! The key is to stay clean and assured. The surrounding environment is also good. There are many snack bars not far away.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and found a very food service. The breakfast had a lot of varieties of food. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helping. Rooms were tidy. On the check out day we had to leave by 12pm but we were. late in meeting and came back at 7pm but hotel didn’t charged us extra fee for late checkout. I would give them 5 stars and highly recommend to enjoy your stay at reasonable price at this hotel.

The apartment design is pretty good, with front desk service and the ability to store luggage. The elevator is safe to use by swiping a card, but the sound insulation is slightly poor. The room facilities are also good, and disposable supplies are provided. It was a good experience to stay for two days

I went there first with my friends but I had to cancel it because it was catastrophic. I have never seen something like this ”hotel”. It was so cold and so dirty, the smell is so bad, and didn't feel safe at all. The family responsible of this hotel were VERY FRIENDLY to us and explained to us why the price is so cheap and in such hotels you can't find heating system and room service. If you're a foreigner I don't recommend you to stay here, better to pay more for a better hotel.

The room facilities are perfect and the pursuit of quality. Clean and hygienic, sleep quietly at night, the curtains can't see the five fingers. The bed is quite big. The only downside is that there is no electric mosquito coil, and the mosquitoes in autumn are really poisonous.

I can fully recommend the stay at Mr. Wu‘s Hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The check-in and check-out was very easy. Even though they might not be fluent in English, I never had a problem communicating with them. We always used a translation app and we understood each other with ease. They even walked with me to the next convinient store around the corner to make sure I definitely found it. The room is very spacious with a big, comfortable bed and different pillows to chose from as well as a small bar to cook tea and enjoy a snack. It‘s very clean. Every day they come in, remove the trash, make the bed and clean everything as well as refill the water bottle which are for free during your stay. The location of hotel was perfect for me with lots of restaurants around and the merto station(line 3 and 6) just a short walk away. You can very easily go to the city centre and all the sights by metro. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda for example is just a couple stops away with line 3. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices - something for every taste. It‘s mostly chinese dishes but also with western options e.g. toast, jam, cereal. Fruit is also available. It is really delicious! To sum it up: If you want to enjoy Xi‘an and want to stay in an awesome hotel, this is the one to pick!
