From yesterday's check-in to today's check-out at noon, the hotel's service staff, rooms and catering made our group of eight very satisfied. Thank you very much! Before checking in yesterday, Wang Fan, the hotel's customer service specialist, communicated with me in advance about the check-in time and room floor arrangement. After arriving at the store, Wang Fan and his colleagues sent us warm orange juice and quickly checked in.
