The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

I chose this franchise hotel only because I had to give up the Sheraton Hotel and stay closer to the Sheraton, but I was disappointed in all aspects of the hotel. Last time I was in Hangzhou, I was moved by the front desk of the whole season. Season, I also thought that there would be a difference, but I didn’t think it was so much worse. I think the whole season is better than a five-star hotel. In fact, I can’t imagine it if I don’t experience it personally. The location of the hotel is on the side of the road. I don’t know if it’s the army or where it’s facing north. It’s very noisy. An elevator is slow. The cleaning lady’s attitude is unfriendly. You can’t make money without cleaning the room. It’s hard to give a bottle of water and you need two garbage bags. I only give one. I want to enter the room to clean if I don’t want to clean. Everything is charged and posted on the door. The few dollars I see are scary. It is not easy for everyone. Who will be embarrassed, who will go out to find gas, and you must care about joining. Brands, each other’s time is so expensive, you can be tolerant and understand more in extraordinary times. It is said that serving customers is also serving yourself, especially with children. Woo woo 😭 This all-season front desk lady is really the best-serving lady in all seasons where I live in so many places. At that time, the big bed room was booked, and when it arrived, there was only one on the road, so I wanted to add money to upgrade it to zero pressure.
