The hotel we stayed in this time was really great! Good location, convenient for travel. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and the bed is very comfortable. The location is good. It's very close to Zhongshan Road and the ferry to Gulangyu Island. If we didn't know the way, the front desk would patiently guide us and provide us with travel routes. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the lady service at breakfast always made us feel like home.

The service attitude of this hotel is really bad. As a tourist city, Xiamen came here for the first time with 5 friends and booked three rooms. Since we arrived at the hotel around 23:00 in the evening, I asked about the hotel's environment. After basic communication such as the area and whether there were windows, the receptionist looked impatient and spoke in a tough and fierce tone as if she owed her a debt. Good guy, the woman at the front desk and the security guard told us that we were foreigners coming to have sex, and they scolded us privately for at least three minutes. The three of them were cursing and discussing. I have some recordings. 2. Don’t drink the mineral water in the room. I bring my own tea and a kettle to make tea when I travel. I wanted to boil some water for tea in the evening, but I found that the cap of the mineral water bottle in my room (203) was loose, and it became a little cloudy when it was filled up, so I didn’t dare to drink it. Later I bought a 5L bucket of water to drink. When I checked out the next day, since the high-speed train time was after 14:00 in the afternoon, I wanted to borrow an electric kettle to boil some water in the lobby after checking out. The waiter was also unable to communicate with me, his attitude was extremely poor, and he had no sense of service at all. . I said that I could borrow a kettle or a hot water kettle that was available at the front desk to make sure there would be no impact. We brought our own water. It happened that my friend caught a cold at the beach the day before and felt a little uncomfortable and wanted to drink some hot water. It feels like the first thing the receptionist here realizes is: "I don't have it, no, no, no, no, whatever you want." 3. I won’t talk about the space and smell inside the hotel. 開門的一瞬間就感覺選對地方了，是我和男朋友都 喜歡的風格，前台非常熱情，從訂房開始到入住全程一條龍保姆式的服務,貼心細心暖心，房間超級整潔，超級乾淨，超級舒適，酒店也有洗衣房開放，房間裝修風格也是清新脱俗，風格即温馨又可愛，出行很方便，打車也很方便，下次出行還是首選這家，大家可以來體驗一下哦

房間比較乾淨，離中山路和輪渡碼頭公交可達，早飯一般，雖然如此，但在春節房價瘋漲期間，綜合比較起來，是性價比較高的。

還不錯免費升級了一個房間，過來出差臨時住一晚，性價比還行，湊合的住吧。畢竟價格在那。窗户關緊了還是很潮，樓上外機滴水的聲音蓋不住，非常難聽，睡不着。 環境：太吵了。

房間整體風格還是比較簡潔，進房間看了一下衞生也過關。整體還是挺滿意的，房間還配備了兩瓶礦泉水，性價比蠻高的一家酒店，服務也很好。前台和客房大姐都很有禮貌，在這有種回家的感覺。後續有來廈門的話也會持續選擇他家酒店入住

從到前台辦理入住再到房間，這個酒店給我的一種感覺就是很舒服，雖然沒有電梯。但是前台小哥很熱情很貼心的幫我把行李提到房間門口，並囑咐離店的時候可以聯繫前台再幫忙搬下去，服務態度沒得説。房間也很整潔乾淨。

酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美。及其簡潔又不失高級感，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺！無論大處到細節都是無可挑剔。服務員個個彬彬有禮，服務周到，到廈門旅遊性價比超高的一家店

沒有窗户，這點其實挺不好的，早上醒了都不知道天亮沒亮😂 還有就是跟評價説的一樣，房間有黴味，看了好幾間房，都有一股發黴的味道。 不過交通挺便利的，距離景點都很近，邊上有共享單車可借，早餐也還行。

還可以。剛開始感覺不怎麼樣。住了以後體驗感很不錯 尤其服務很好、我兒子要求必須給好評。走前還給了小零食。廈門特產給我們。還主動給我兒子弄水杯很不錯。可能天氣天天下雨房間有點潮。不過房間還是不錯的。打掃阿姨也很熱情。前台小哥哥很不錯
