I asked for a cheese omelet for breakfast and they said they didn't have one. I asked them to make it but I got a negative response. I'm not sure how correct this was for a global company.

Overall fantastic but only issue was with the A/C. Only at night it was get semi cold but during the day was super hot. Breakfast was great, service was excellent and location was five minute walk from metro.

Hotel is well located. Staff don't want to speak English when checking in. Checking out was a little better helpful lady spoke English.
Shower had no hot water for two days. Breakfast is terrible most of the time the plates are empty but the selection is also not great. For Chinese people maybe they can accept this kind of breakfast, but it is not on an international standard. Room not to bad TV sound is very low even at 100% volume. I will not use this hotel again and c trip says it is one of the best. This time they got to be joking.
