感覺一般，是一間複式改造的類似合租的房子，打開大門是個客道，可能住的人比較多廳裏就有撲面而來的異味，進到房間，就是低檔公寓的即視感，衞生間的洗手池放水是堵的下不去，門板是壞的，掉到地上還砸了我的腳，自己去搗鼓一下水才下去，油煙機估計有人炒菜做飯好臟啊油呼呼的好影響觀感，因為便宜就懶得換了，退房後發現有東西落下了，問老闆説給我扔了，都沒把客人忘帶的東西收起來保管。優點是私密，全程自助，比較自由，價格低廉，外面有租借電動可掃碼騎出去玩。如果圖便宜方便可以住，如果想有好的感受得慎選，這種非正規管理的酒店，床品衞生是硬傷，也害怕會被人裝攝像頭。看個人在乎的點是什麼再選擇吧。

我經常到龍湖春江彼岸一家采耳店洗頭按摩，店裡的小姐姐介紹了這家民宿，剛好我哥們過來，住了他家民宿，一句話：性價比很高。采耳的小姐姐説民宿老闆經常過去做身體保養，人很好，下次一定要見見這個老闆

民宿在高端小區內，離地鐵站近，交通便利，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，小區的綠化率很高，小區景觀設計漂亮，而且性價比超高，下次來還住這邊

位置好，大哥服務周到，全程帶我們入住，房間佈置整潔乾淨，四件套很新，有換洗！
小區很大，到新陽大道地鐵站衹有幾分鐘路程，地鐵站還有一個大型商場，吃喝玩樂一條龍

清明假期從漳州開車來招商花園城，家人們，這個商場真的非常好逛，女兒很喜歡説五一還要來。玩了一天實在太累，無意間選擇了商場附近的這家名宿，雖然天公不作美，一連幾天都下雨☔️結果住進了這個堪稱5A級的綠化小區，從房間到設施，從服務到交通，都讓我感到非常滿意。房間非常寬敞明亮，床品舒適，讓我得到了良好的休息。小區設施也非常齊全，包括健身房、游泳池等，讓我在閑暇時間得到了充分的放鬆。此外，這裏的地理位置也非常好，離地鐵口非常便利。我強烈推薦這家名宿，價格很親民，絕對物超所值。

幫朋友訂了他家民宿，那天很晚入住，掌櫃的一直在等着，帶我們入住，因為我朋友最怕找房子，衹好麻煩房東大哥了。退房後我問他感覺得怎麼樣，他説一百多塊錢，超值了！小區綠化挺好，過些日子想過來看看房子，到時候房東大哥再給我優惠一點哦，以後都給你好評的[笑臉]

小區在環境不錯的高層住宅小區裏面，安全衞生，房間內設施齊全，可以方便做飯，有冰箱燃氣灶，就是床墊太硬，睡習慣好床墊的會不適應

我這套經濟雙床房比我想象得好很多，雖然不是好樓層，但是房間空間挺大，帶帶一個超大天井，洗衣做飯兩不誤
房東大哥服務很不錯，他説就住在同一個小區，隨時叫他都能到，順便説一下，小區環境優雅，綠化率很高，值得推薦
