設施：有房間的門不能反鎖，然後説幫我們免費升級房間，然後升級了房頭的房間，問有沒有別的房間能不能換一下，説滿房了！！然後我們就住房頭這邊，進去一股味，感覺就是很久沒人住了，然後離譜的是洗髮水沐浴露都沒有了，空瓶🫙，打電話到前台説讓保潔上來看，過了五分鐘上來看，然後拿了瓶子就走了，又過了幾分鐘還沒有後續了，又給前台打電話問，説洗髮水沐浴露沒有了，然後説給我們換一間，換到隔壁！？？？不是説滿房了嗎？但是沒有去計較這些，可能換房就已經很麻煩！然後我們就又開始收拾東西，但是！！！！！過了十分鐘前台上來了，然後説要去把洗髮水沐浴露裝滿什麼的！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！what？搞什麼，就真的很無語🙄誰能懂，我就受不了了，真的很累，就想躺着床上睡覺，我就叫住那個前台我説不換了，不能反鎖就不反鎖吧，沒有安全感就沒有吧，起碼讓我住這種感覺很久沒人住的房間好吧！就是感覺他們工作人員也不知道自己該幹嘛，然後我們就大包小包的在四樓五樓來回跑衞生：衞生我們訂了兩間房，我們那個不能反鎖的房間的衞生間上面的墊子打開，有尿漬，然後我們另一間房間淋浴的地方有頭髮環境：環境該説不説很是很可以的，房間大，很寬敞，所以經常訂他們家服務：服務也不錯

Overall, it is not bad. Hanting Hotel is the first hotel to travel by yourself. I used to play in the bathroom leak when I stayed at Hanting Hotel. I was also worried, but this time it was different.
