Wonderful hotel, quietly located in Tunxi. The staff was very helpful with all our requests. We spend 2 nights here to go to the yellow mountains which was a one hour drive one way. We had to leave one night earlier and staff was so kind to refund us that night which we hadn't asked for. The rooms are very nice and quiet comfy. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I hope to come back in the future!

Room: Spacious and clean, featuring smart voice control and a robot delivery service for small items. The WiFi signal was excellent. The 65-inch LCD TV really gave it a home theater feel. Bathroom: Very spacious and odor-free, equipped with a smart toilet. The showerhead provided a strong water flow, making for a warm and comfortable shower experience. Hotel: They offer a free laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. There are also complimentary hot beverages and cookies available. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured a smooth check-in.

The hotel is very conveniently located. You can get there right after you get off the tourist bus. It is also very close to Jiuhua Street. It is said to be a ten-year-old hotel, but it does not look old. The overall hygiene is still very good. The breakfast is also good. There is no other problem except that there are too many people. There are also vending machines and ice cream in the lobby. If you are greedy and don’t want to go out, you can buy some snacks here. Here I would like to especially thank the young man in the housekeeping department and the master in the engineering department on May 2. On that day, there was a problem with the password lock of my suitcase. I originally wanted the master in the engineering department to help me pry the lock open, and I could buy a new suitcase. The two of them helped me fix it after a long time. I am grateful.

A special thanks to Tang from the front desk for her thoughtful service! When I checked in, I casually asked about local transportation and restaurants, and she patiently explained everything and even reminded me about the weather. After checking out, I accidentally left my ID behind, but she found it right away, kept it safe, and contacted me promptly to pick it up, saving me a lot of hassle. Her warm smile and professional attitude throughout made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Tang definitely deserves full marks!

The location is fantastic, right next to Yueyao (Moon Pond), very close to the post office and the scenic area's side entrance. If you want to visit nearby attractions in the morning, it's also convenient to hail a taxi. If you call the B&B in advance, they can help you with your luggage right at the entrance, and they even offered to see me off at the door when I left. The auntie at the front desk and the uncle working there were both lovely. When it rained, they even let me dry my shoes. Their rooms are also great – spacious, very clean, and full of character. I highly recommend staying here!

Came to Jiuhua Mountain with my mom to pay respects to the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and we stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and they even had someone dedicated to picking us up and dropping us off at the entrance. Every staff member greeted us warmly with ”Happy New Year.” On the first day of the ***** New Year, we prayed, enjoyed the snow, and did some scripture copying – it was a truly fulfilling experience! This hotel is trustworthy and comes highly recommended.

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and spacious. The underground parking lot is huge. The front desk staff, Ms. Qunqun, provided excellent service. The breakfast was rich and varied, with delicious beef soup and sesame flatbread. The environment is beautiful and pleasant, and the large lake offers great scenery. It's a wonderful place to visit in the spring.

Pingtian Peninsula Hotel is a great experience! Located by the lake, the environment is quiet, and you can see the clear water and green mountains when you go out, as if you are living in a painting. The room is spacious and clean, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can sleep well all night. All services are very considerate. From the moment you enter the hotel, there are always people to guide you. The housekeeper takes the initiative to help take the luggage to the room and gives welcome fruit. The lawn concert in the evening is very unique. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant taste good, and the breakfast is rich in variety.

The water heater is not convenient enough to take a bath. It is pulled up with a simple curtain. There is no glass door to isolate dry and wet. The curtains in the house are too long to hang on the ground and some dirty. The bedside is a bit loose. The sink faucet needs to be opened with hot water. The valve below, the sofa does not need to be easy to dirty in the house and occupy space. Changed to simple plastic stools is simple and hygienic. After checking out, there is a special aunt to clean up and clean the sheets, but it is recommended to do hot water, drinking water, hygiene and some details. Compared with simple hotels, about fifty or sixty yuan is still very competitive. But for users, it will be more comfortable to add some prices to choose a regular hotel chain.
