My first business trip to Huaibei, and the Bret Hotel was really impressive! A stroll in the back garden in the evening was incredibly relaxing. Nana, the assistant lobby manager, arranged a fantastic room for me with amazing views of the beautiful lake. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This is probably the best hotel within the Jiuhuashan scenic area. We stayed in an Executive Twin Room in Zone B, which was one of the few rooms facing the sun. The hotel facilities are top-notch, the lobby is grand and uniquely decorated, and the small garden is charming. The room is quite spacious for a hotel within a scenic area, with everything you need, very well-arranged and comfortable. Breakfast is also very rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, which is quite impressive for a hotel on a mountain. The dinner menu also features excellent dishes with a strong local flavor. The hotel service is even better; the staff picked us up from the transfer station, and a young lady helped me carry my suitcase, lifting it the entire way to prevent damage to the wheels from the stone path. When we checked out, Zheng, a front office staff member, introduced us to various aspects of the scenic area and invited us to come back. The cleaning aunties were also very kind and meticulous. This is a fantastic hotel, and I highly recommend it! 👍👍

The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!

This stay was great! Tingting was very warm and thoughtful when checking in at the front desk. She not only introduced the hotel facilities, but also recommended nearby delicacies. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly cooked noodles were fresh and delicious. The gym equipment was brand new, the swimming pool was kept warm and clear, and there were thoughtful towels and drinking water. It was convenient for travel. Both the service details and the hardware facilities were impeccable. I will choose here next time I come. I highly recommend it!

This guesthouse is located right inside Hongcun Scenic Area, super close to famous spots like Moon Pond and South Lake – just a three to five-minute walk. It's really convenient to get back after watching the fish lanterns at night. The paths within Hongcun can be a bit tricky, so it's a good idea to call the front desk when you arrive; they can help with luggage transfer. We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, and the three beds were perfect for the three of us. It also had a private courtyard with a table, creating a lovely, ancient-style ambiance, complete with many small decorations perfect for photos. The guesthouse offers Hanfu and Qipao for guests to try on and even provides umbrellas. The auntie at the front desk and the uncle who helped with our bags were incredibly kind. We accidentally left something behind when we checked out, and they went out of their way to bring it back to us.

The Jiuhua Mountains Julong Hotel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance of the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. It was very convenient to venture around the mountain by foot. As for food, we didn’t quite get accustomed to the flavors, especially with the spices. The breakfast at Julong Hotel was good, but it can get crowded before 8 am. There is no gym in the hotel. It snowed on the 3rd day and it was chilly. The room was equiped with heater so it was ok. The walkway outside the hotel room can be very noisy, especially with kids running and adults talking. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!

來九華山禮佛五六年了，今年發現了一家寶藏酒店，一進門就感受到了前台小姐姐的熱情服務，風格也是九華山獨一份的，房間還帶有小露台，並且還給我安排了九華街接送服務，調酒師也是非常的帥氣🥳，想喝什麼就下去點，方便。下午茶還給送果盤和小慕斯。總體來説非常滿意，明年來九華山還選這家。

It was a great stay with ac cooled rooms, great bathroom and a nice view. I had the honeymoon type suite with the queensize bed. The hostess is Very friendly, she offered to make food after breakfast time, which was a little early for us with the time difference (+ 6 hours compared to the Netherlands). Also, she booked several taxi’s for us and was willing to be available even during late hours when we wanten to have a late night drink in the city. The location is suberb, just outside the local city and a 5 minutes taxi drive to the transfer station for the bus/Cable to Yellow mountain. The only downside was that the pool was empty. We were looking forward using this, the weather is very warm. All in all I would for sure go back in the future. Rufus

Public areas were regularly cleaned, maintaining an elegant and tidy environment, and cleaning staff were always available when needed. All the in-room appliances were in perfect working order, and essential amenities were well-stocked. The value for money here far surpasses other hotels in the same price range. From arrival to departure, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free, with no hidden costs and attention to detail at every turn. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.
