Guest UserThe best decision I made in Shangri-La was choosing this guesthouse; it single-handedly made my entire high-altitude trip enjoyable! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Dukezong Ancient Town's Moonlight Square and the Giant Prayer Wheel. It’s wonderfully quiet yet centrally located, perfect for exploring and dining out, then returning to a peaceful retreat. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Most importantly, it came with an individual oxygen concentrator, which meant I wasn't worried about altitude sickness at all on my first high-altitude trip, and I slept incredibly soundly. The owner is super enthusiastic, offering free airport transfers both ways. The breakfast was varied, with delicious Yunnan rice noodles, and the service was attentive yet unobtrusive. Any requests were handled super quickly. It offers an immersive ******* living experience while still providing modern comforts. Next time I'm in Shangri-La, I'll definitely stay here again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Diqing!

Guest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They confirmed my check-in details and the hotel's location in advance. Upon arrival, they immediately offered to help with my luggage and even assisted with purchasing tickets for the Song Dynasty City show (I didn't realize discounted tickets needed to be bought a day in advance, but the hotel managed to get them for me). They were consistently warm and welcoming whenever I saw them.
The breakfast was plentiful and, more importantly, delicious, with a fantastic view from the restaurant.
The room was spacious and modern, featuring a double vanity and a large dressing mirror, perfect for two women to get ready simultaneously. My friend was extremely pleased.
Initially, I was a bit worried based on some user-uploaded photos on Amap, but thankfully, the hotel's photos on Trip.com were accurate and trustworthy, not misleading. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Guest UserAfter a lot of research, I chose this hotel. It's located right in Napahai, and compared to other hotels in the area, it's more affordable with newer facilities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They also offer many complimentary perks, including a ******* costume photoshoot with a great selection of outfits and accessories, and very professional photographers. We also got to cuddle and feed lambs for free, and tried making butter tea by hand. In the evening, there was sweet soup. Although we encountered a few minor issues, the staff were very sincere and resolved them promptly. I hope they continue to improve. I'll definitely choose Muka again next time!

This time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.

Guest UserThis hotel perfectly met our expectations! The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, and the surrounding area is lively with easy access to taxis and restaurants. It's also close to the pedestrian street, yet the hotel itself remains wonderfully quiet. The owner is incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. They have a washing machine but no dryer, so if you plan on doing laundry, I'd recommend bringing quick-drying clothes as they'll be dry overnight. It rained every day during our stay, and cotton items would probably take two days to dry. We stayed for five nights with our child, and our little one never got bored, often strolling in the courtyard or playing with the cats. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dali.

This hotel was the best stay of my trip in Sichuan / Yunnan. I cherish the countryside and i was apply to go out of the city to enjoy the slow life, the real life with nature and animals. This stay gave me everything!
The owners, 仁安 里 and Jiren, welcomed me like a was family. I was starving and they invited me to have dinner with them. It was really nice and i felt really included into their community.
The room was spacious, luminous, and confortable with a huge bed ! I really loved staying on the sofa in the morning, when the sun was blazing. The breakfast was good and generous.
My favorite day was to discover the surrounding of the hotel, walking in the village, seeing all the cute animals (cows, baby cows, dogs, cats, poneys, roosters).
The owner was so considerate to me, he drove me to Shangri-La city center because no taxis were available. Visiting the old town, i was so happy to have chosen a hotel away from this touristic place. He also picked me up and drop me off at the train station.
I would absolutely recommend and return to this hotel. I loved it very much. It gave me the opportunity to relax, discover ******* culture and amazing people, and live the slow life.
Thanks again, and Tashi Delek !

Guest UserI chose to stay here for the last night of my trip, hoping for a relaxed ending, and I truly made the right choice. The next day, I regretted not staying an extra day. The room decor is very new and clean, with a functional bathroom and a bathtub for soaking. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, and disposable bath towels are provided. The bathrobes are super soft and comfortable. It's perfect for those who don't want a jam-packed itinerary. Just strolling around the courtyard helps you unwind. This guesthouse has the largest lawn among all the B&Bs I've stayed at, with an unobstructed view of the distant mountains. There's also a cute little wooden cabin that's totally Instagram-worthy. The two dogs and two cats are adorable; they even come out to greet guests when they arrive, haha!

Outstanding team at 一见云宽!
Special thanks to 阿龙 for patiently introducing the Lijiang old town to us while walking us to the accommodations. He arranged for a 师傅to help us with the bags to and fro 一见云宽due to the cobblestone pathways in the old town.
Initially, before our trip, I checked with him regarding the type of room we will get as there’s different layout for the room we booked (we didn’t want a room that’s facing another room) and 阿龙patiently sent us the photos of all the rooms and let us choose the one we wanted.
During our stay, he and his team has been very welcoming, warm, helpful and patient with us - helping us handle our parcels, arrange for afternoon tea for us and also prepared a light breakfast including lemon cake, flower biscuit, chocolate and milk for us when we check out at 6am to go to jade dragon mountain - a gesture that we felt very touched as they even thought of the fact that we might need chocolate in case of high altitude sickness at the mountain.
The 师傅who helped us with the bags even woke up early to meet us at 6am to help us carry our bags to the main road (10-15minutes walk away) and waited with us for our cab. I felt like I was taken care of like family. It was a wonderful stay for us.
Many thanks to 阿龙,师傅and the rest of the team at 一见云宽for taking care of us! i

Took my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

KKaveelocation, view, and friendly staff, no language barriers!
located on the hill within the old town, close to the butsling walking street, but a lot quieter.
the room is facing the Jade Dragon Mountain. Unfortunately, it’s rainy season, so I cannot enjoy the golden lid view. but rainy and foggy days created amazing vibes there.
the staff there are super supportive, calm and assist us with everything. we had our pick-up service arranged and it’s smooth. I love the warm welcome Hong Cha and Rose pastry. I tried a lots after that and it’s the best so far. I was there with my mom 60ish yr. she’s happy with it and forget about climbing 4 stories to reach our room.
the room looks exactly like the photos on booking platform.
we used wechat and translation app to overcome language barriers, and we truly have a memorable stay!
