the admin朱先生 is a very awesome guy. he welcomed us at the hotel personally. helped us with our luggage’s On checking in, he served us chinese tea n pastries. we were given links on great dining recommendations and highlights of lijiang. we felt very welcome and totally at home . lijiang ancient city is just a short walk away the hotel was cosy and rooms were clean and spacious best of all , he recommended us to watch lijiang romantic show, gave us instructions on the route and tickets most of all , i m grateful to him for arranging to send my duffel bag to me at the train station when i realised it was left behind at the hotel if you want a home away from home in lijiang, this hotel meets all expectations . 朱先生 is a great host, willing to go beyond to make you feel at home i hope to b able to come here again in the near future

This hotel is located in the Duoyishu Scenic Area of Yuanyang. We chose a room on the 4th floor with a terrace, and the view absolutely blew away all other rooms. We had a vast expanse of terraced fields right in front of us, perfect for photos at any time, especially stunningly beautiful at sunrise – no need to jostle with crowds at the Duoyishu observation deck. The room facilities were pretty complete, including a huge soaking tub, though it felt largely unnecessary. The hotel service was also excellent; they contacted us in advance about our arrival and parking. Since the hotel is situated on a hillside, it's not accessible by private car, but the hotel provides a minivan for pick-up and drop-off at any time. There's no elevator, but the hotel staff were very helpful with luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel offers breakfast sets and also has an à la carte menu. I highly recommend this place for guests who want to enjoy beautiful scenery without having to get up too early or rush to crowded scenic spots. We were on a business trip as a team. After checking out the hotel online, we were very impressed upon arrival and decided to book it. The hotel's location is excellent, just about 3 kilometers from Kunming South Station. The surrounding area has great transport links, a subway, and plenty of commercial options. The hotel is located inside Wanda Plaza, and there's a huge pond just 100 meters away with beautiful scenery where you can go boating, and the lights at night are stunning. The front desk staff mentioned that attractions like Dianchi Lake, Laoyu River, and Haiyan Village are only a few kilometers away, and the municipal government and Chinese medicine hospital are right next to the hotel. The room decor is exquisite, the hygiene is top-notch, and the bedding comfort is as high-class as a four-star hotel, featuring independent fan coil units and Arrow brand toilets. We were especially impressed by the front desk lady on duty; she was warm, generous, and provided thoughtful service. She was absolutely beautiful, with rosy cheeks and pearly white teeth! This was a very satisfying stay, and we look forward to our next visit!

Facilities: Excellent. It has everything you need: an automatic toilet, hairdryer, and kettle. The bathroom is also separated into wet and dry areas, which is very convenient. Cleanliness: Very clean. The cleaning staff comes every day and has a great attitude. Environment: The surroundings are very quiet, not noisy at all, and the transportation is very convenient. It's right by the road, so you don't have to drag your luggage around. Service: The front desk staff has a great attitude and proactively helped carry my luggage upstairs.

This is probably one of the best hotels in the area, and it's very conveniently located. The facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including hot and cold beverages and coffee. There are plenty of staff, and the bespectacled gentleman at the front desk was particularly helpful. He told us about some great local restaurants, and on the day we checked in, it was very foggy and humid. He kindly advised us to wear masks when going out to avoid inhaling too much moisture, which was very thoughtful. My only minor suggestion for the hotel is regarding the gym equipment on the second floor near the entrance. It gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Perhaps it could be moved to a different spot, as it was quite chilly checking in with the main doors wide open on such a day.

Service Very impressive—this was the best hotel of my entire trip in Yunnan. The hotel provides free pick-up from both the airport and the railway station. The driver who took us to the station was the nicest we encountered in Yunnan. She drove very carefully and politely, especially compared to other drivers we experienced through ride-hailing apps during the trip. All the staff were attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. Location Although the hotel entrance is located in a small alley, it is still accessible by car. The hotel is conveniently close to the old town and Dafo Temple. There is also a back entrance that provides a shortcut to the old town, which is very convenient. Room and Amenities Truly impressive. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a nice selection of tea and snacks. The room features a large projector and a smart voice-controlled system. It also includes a humidifier and an oxygen dispenser, which can be connected to a nasal cannula or released directly into the room. These amenities made our stay much more comfortable, especially at high altitude. Altitude fatigue and sickness are real concerns, and the oxygen support helped significantly. Combined with a comfortable bed and an electric blanket, this hotel provided the best sleep quality of my entire trip. Downside The only minor downside was that I had some difficulty connecting to the projector in the room, but it was not a big issue. Summary I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La.

Ambiance: The hotel features a charming wooden structure with a traditional courtyard style. The fish pond in the central hall is crystal clear and creates a picturesque, almost ethereal atmosphere with its misty surroundings, making you feel like you're in a fairyland. Facilities: I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, especially considering it's nestled in an old town alley, haha. It would be even better if the quality of the amenities could be slightly upgraded. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is clean and fresh. The breakfast presentation was nice, 👍 though the taste might vary depending on individual preference.

This hotel is great! The room looks exactly like the pictures online. The location is super convenient for getting around. They even rent out electric scooters on-site, and the staff are really helpful with directions. As someone from Malaysia who isn't familiar with the area, renting a scooter and following their explanations and maps was no problem at all 😂. They also offer a shuttle service to Lijiang, which is really cost-effective and convenient. They pick you up right at the entrance. Absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. The landlady is not only beautiful but also incredibly kind. In the evenings, after all the guests returned, we all gathered to drink tea and wine – the atmosphere was superb. There are also a few good restaurants nearby that offer great value for money, plus a night market with evening performances. We ended up extending our stay for two more nights. We'll definitely choose this place again when we're back in Pu'er.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the staff, and they even offered a thoughtful hot tea during check-in. The room was spotless, and you could really tell they put effort into every detail. The absolute best part was the mattress and pillows – perfectly firm yet soft, I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was strong with stable temperatures, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Next time I'm in this city, this will definitely be my top choice. The location is superb, right downstairs are shopping areas and attractions, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I expected it to be noisy, but the windows had excellent soundproofing, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in the heart of the action. The in-room smart control system was very high-tech; the curtains and lighting responded perfectly. The service staff were always responsive, and even the delivery robot was adorable. It was truly a fantastic stay.
