The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, plus the impeccable service made it incredibly good value for money! Sally's service was fantastic, I've already recommended it to my friends, and next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this place again. It's absolutely worth revisiting many times over!

This hotel is awful. We paid over 2,000 yuan for a room, and when a child was taking a bath towel, an opened, used condom fell out of the folded towel. The hotel's cleanliness is so absurd it's disgusting. Do they not clean the room after the previous guest checked out? It's outrageous. From the moment we checked in, there were problems. We checked in at almost 5:00 PM, and the room still wasn't cleaned! We even asked what time we'd arrive, and they said 4:00. Even then, we were still waiting after 4:50 PM, saying the room was being cleaned. There were water stains on the toilet when we got to the room, and when we boiled water, there was still some residual water in the kettle from who knows where. We tolerated all of this, figuring we weren't having any unpleasant experiences. But then, when a used condom fell out of the towel that night, and the child almost used it, it was completely unbearable. It was disgusting! We checked the family planning supplies provided in the room, and the quantity was correct, confirming they were left by a previous guest. The entire hotel's cleanliness is appalling. I called to complain and had the person in charge come over. Staff at different levels came back several times, but their attitude wasn't focused on resolving the issue; they were only interested in the customer's needs. Although they did offer a room change and compensation, they only wanted to handle the situation by asking the customer to cancel their booking on Ctrip, fearing they would leave a negative review. They were perfunctory, saying this was the only option. Later, Ctrip called to clarify that they didn't need to cancel the booking. There are so many online platforms, not just Ctrip. Instead of constantly nagging customers about negative reviews, why not face up to your own problems and how to handle them? Apologizing for mistakes and compensating for problems are the most basic things, not using them to hold consumers hostage. This kind of situation is disgusting enough. The most basic approach to resolving the issue should be from the customer's perspective. It's truly outrageous.

A 200 yuan hotel, a 600 yuan nightmare. If you're wronged, stay here! First, the room was incredibly small and poorly designed. If someone was washing up, you couldn't even use the bathroom. The room was designed for one person. Although I don't eat breakfast, I was still stunned when the hotel delivered a breakfast to my room. It was unbelievable and unheard of. So stingy? I've stayed in hotels for decades, both good and bad, and this is the only time I've seen this. Aha! Second, the air conditioner was so loud it made it impossible to sleep. It was too cold when it wasn't on. As for why I didn't get a room change, the AC was loud on first setting, a little louder on second, and quieted down after a while on third. So I didn't bother to change rooms. The noise started blaring the moment I lay down. Could the hotel not know there was a problem with the AC? And if they knew, they wouldn't fix it and still let guests stay? With this attitude, I hope they close down soon. This bar street is almost closed anyway, so hurry up. Third, the hotel room didn't even have a full-length mirror. Because the room was so small, they probably didn't know where to put it. Fourth, there was no hair dryer in the room. I had to ask someone to bring it up in the middle of the night. Fifth, the room cost over 600, but it was only worth 200. There was no view at all. The hotel is next to some crappy bars, like a pedestrian street in a fifth-tier city. The curtains must be drawn; otherwise, you'd be able to see everything below. Sixth, after reporting this to Ctrip, the hotel offered no compensation. They probably thought they hadn't done anything wrong. The final outcome, which was Ctrip offered to compensate me, was unexpected. Seriously, they should shut down and stop hurting people. You're Xichang's tragedy. After staying here for one night, I just want to ask for my money back!

The hotel is in a great location, with a commercial street nearby and many places to eat, making it very convenient to eat. The staff are very good, especially the tax service, which is warm and considerate. I am very satisfied with the overall environment and service experience of the hotel.

The service is very good, and they are always responsive. I would like to praise Yang Jie and Yang Yan. However, the hardware facilities are average, and there are almost no parent-child facilities. The steamed egg shrimp dumplings for breakfast are delicious, but the rest are average. Even the rice noodles are not very good. The juice needs to be fresher. Overall, the price-performance ratio is average. After all, it does not have the excellent location of the old hotels.
