"Fantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store.
The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer.
The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily.
There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light).
Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains."

"Outside the room window was a large banyan tree, offering a breathtaking view of lush greenery and a refreshing feeling. Breakfast was a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the beef rice noodles were delicious. Despite the hot weather, we didn't venture out. The garden boasts peacocks and black swans, and there's a swimming pool the kids loved. All meals were taken at the hotel, and just a card pass through the fence opened onto Qionghai Lake. It's the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It would have been even better if the bathroom had some clothes drying facilities."

"It is very close to Qionghai Lake and Lushan Mountain. The environment is quiet and the style is more Zen, which is very popular with me. The parent-child room is very spacious, and the layout of the room is so lovely for children. As soon as my sister entered the hotel, she started to play with the little yellow ducks, and my brother had a lot of fun on the slide, and kept saying: It's so fun! 😄😄😄The breakfast is rich and varied, and my sister eats more🤣Because the schedule is tight, I haven't enjoyed the comfortable slow life of the hotel yet. I haven't sat in the back garden yet, and I haven't had a cup of coffee yet... It doesn't matter, I'll stay here next time I come to Xichang😋"

"Staying here was so comfortable! The cats at the hotel are adorable! The staff provided excellent service, and we could even share meals together – the food was absolutely delicious! The room was clean and well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The environment is lovely; sitting on the rooftop is so peaceful, and I really enjoyed listening to the rain from there!"

"To be honest, I really want to give a bad review, but considering that the service industry is not easy, I still give it a 3 points
1. Because I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 noon, I called in advance to ask if I could check in. The front desk replied that I couldn’t be sure because there were no guests to check out. OK, but there was no reply when the room was ready. It was still the Ctrip staff who contacted to tell me that there was a room available.
2. I like to stay in branded hotels when I go out. Although the room price is low, it is at least a Happy Friends. The hygiene is really bad. I felt that it was not very clean as soon as I entered the door. When I lifted the quilt, it was indeed... Please see the picture. This quilt is still very obvious. In addition, there are dirt on the kettle, hair on the wall of the bathroom, and thread ends on the towel. The staff also saw them all.
3. I won’t go into details about how to deal with it, because I didn’t accept it. I thought that it would be clean after changing a room. Although the room was generally OK. But the details were not in place, such as the traces of the makeup mirror and the handles in the bathroom. I was not satisfied. I didn’t want to toss and turn. The bed was clean and I rested.
4. It affected the check-in experience. When checking out, I didn't ask about the new room again.
The room is always the same, the hygiene and service are very poor. I will not stay here again."
