The room is large, clean and modern. There are welcome fruits and local peach juice drinks, which are very delicious. The breakfast is extremely rich and of good quality. It has its own parking lot with 4 slow charging parking spaces. The price-performance ratio is very high and the service is excellent. It is the best hotel we stayed in during this trip.

I feel that this is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Xichang for a few days. Although it is old, it is well maintained, clean, quiet, good service, free parking, and convenient to go around. It is trustworthy. Fruits and a set of small toiletries are also given.

The overall experience of this accommodation selected for a trip to Hangzhou with my girlfriends is full. The whole house is brand new and complete, the whole house is cleaned spotlessly, the towels are individually packaged, and the hygiene is particularly at ease. The air conditioning cooling speed is super fast, it will cool down in a few seconds, and the summer stay is super comfortable. The location is excellent, it is very close to Lingyin Temple to pray for blessings and visit the West Lake. You don't need to travel long distances. The overall price is super high. It is highly recommended to come to Hangzhou to play.

I personally feel that this hotel is very good. The service and breakfast are also very good. The price/performance ratio is much higher than that of famous hotels on the seaside. There are also many places to eat in the surrounding area. Zhouji Fresh Maodu Hotpot is indeed good.

My grandson declared before his school even broke up that he wanted to go on a trip with his grandparents during the summer holiday. To fulfill his request, we thought long and hard and decided on a relaxing few days in Xichang, which boasts the lakeside Qionghai and Lushan Mountain, a pleasant climate that's warm in winter and cool in summer, and even a Space City experience that kids love… I compared two hotels on Trip.com that were closest to Qionghai Lake (Qionghai Hotel and Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel), both old five-star establishments. After careful consideration, I booked a main building lake-view twin room at Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel for four nights and five days (July 3rd to 7th). After school finished, my grandson, my wife, and I traveled from Chengdu East to Xichang West by high-speed train, a 3.5-hour journey. We picked up the rental car my son booked on Trip.com and drove to Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel by Qionghai Lake, beginning our 5-day trip to Xichang… We stayed at the Park Hyatt for 5 days and 4 nights and also visited Qionghai Hotel. Firstly, I much preferred the ambiance of the Park Hyatt Hotel. Although Qionghai Hotel has a larger area and lovely greenery, and even peacocks roaming the grounds, its location closer to the city center makes it a bit more bustling compared to the tranquil atmosphere of the Park Hyatt. The water quality of Qionghai Lake in general is also inferior to the section by the Park Hyatt. The coastline here is more pristine and natural, with lush trees swaying in the breeze. Strolling through the woods and along the sandy beach, playing in the shallow water, taking a nap, jogging or cycling on the path, and swimming in the pool – it’s all much more enjoyable! Secondly, while Qionghai Hotel's architecture is indeed stylish and grand, I personally prefer the Southeast Asian style of the Park Hyatt Hotel, which is tucked away in the woods by Qionghai Bay, intermittently revealing a seaside vibe around the lake… No more rambling, let's get to the practical points: First, although the hotel has been open for over a decade, the architecture and facilities are well-maintained. The room facilities don't look old at all, and the Southeast Asian-style ceiling fan is convenient and comfortable to use. Second, the service attitude and cleanliness are thorough and responsible. Third, the breakfast is rich, healthy, and hygienic. Fourth, the pool water is clean. Overall, staying at the Park Hyatt Hotel with my grandson for 5 days and 4 nights was a good experience, and I discussed the few minor issues with the front desk.

The flowers in the courtyard are too poking people, and the photos are beyond the film. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the stay was very comfortable. The proprietress is warm and thoughtful, the service is meticulous, and it feels particularly intimate from check-in to check-out. It is worth recommending to everyone who likes slow life!

説實在的，預訂的時候看到這個開業時間心裏還是有點糾結，但是考慮到老酒店房間面積大，配套足，主要靠邛海近，還是想着試試吧，大不了取消了重新定！但是到酒店真心很滿意，首先房間不是特別新但是配套還在，設施設備還很齊全，看上去也不陳舊，還有一個小陽台，很贊！ 其次説服務，必須給那個前台羅阿甲和盧飛點個贊，建議酒店領導重點表揚，因為我出去吃飯手機沒電了，所以掃了一個充電寶是咻電品牌，不是**的，回到酒店沒辦法歸還，前台小夥子知道了之後非常熱情的幫我聯繫各個崗點問問有沒有可以歸還的機器，得知沒有之後又給我借了一個酒店的騎行車，讓我騎車回去還充電寶，來去3公里距離，真心不知道如果沒有這個車要把我走成啥樣！！！就沖這個服務，必須安利一下，不愧是當地最好的酒店，贊贊贊，以後衹住你們家！

The service attitude is very good, for the sake of customers, take the initiative to change the room near the KTV to a quiet room. At the price of May 1st, I can say that I am very conscience! Besides, the boss's hardware needs to be upgraded, the shower is really leaking everywhere, the water temperature is too hot, it is not easy to adjust, and the tiles on the vanity mirror are all dropped. The tea in the room hopes that the price can be marked more clearly in the future, otherwise a small bag of tea will cost 48 yuan, or there is still a feeling of being stabbed!
