I booked this hotel because I was drawn to the ambiance, and it definitely delivered. The environment is truly exceptional, with charming bridges, flowing water, and flowers everywhere, creating a very tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are decorated in a solid wood style, high-quality, clean, and tidy, without any extravagant decorations – very comfortable. The bathroom fixtures are all top-tier brands, and I particularly loved their negative ion hairdryer. If you're particular about hair washing and drying, you absolutely must try it. Highly recommended! The surrounding area also has convenient food and drink options, and we enjoyed cycling around the lake (Qionghai) – the weather was perfect. Plus, taking photos by Qionghai Lake is truly stunning. Overall, Xichang is a city I'm quite fond of. I'll definitely be visiting often~

I came to Xichang for a marathon and booked this hotel in advance. The location is excellent, right behind Wanda Plaza. Within 500 meters, there are all sorts of great restaurants. In the evenings, you can also walk to Tangyuan for a stroll. The hotel is about 2 kilometers from the marathon starting line, so walking there in the morning served as a good warm-up. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. When they heard I was running the marathon, they were especially enthusiastic. The hotel even prepared breakfast for us participants ahead of time. The rooms are spacious, facilities are quite new, and the decor is good. It's clean and hygienic, no issues there. There's a smart TV and a smart toilet. On the eighth floor, there's a well-equipped laundry room and gym, both of which I used. What's a bit quirky is that the lobby for Datang and the Ji Hotel are combined. You can't tell from the outside; you have to walk through the Ji Hotel's lobby to find it.

The overall atmosphere is cozy and quiet, and the hygiene, service, dining, and recreational facilities are all outstanding. I highly recommend everyone to experience it.

Because I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 noon, I called in advance to ask if I could check in. The front desk replied that I couldn’t be sure because there were no guests to check out. OK, but there was no reply when the room was ready. It was still the Ctrip staff who contacted to tell me that there was a room available. 2. I like to stay in branded hotels when I go out. Although the room price is low, it is at least a Happy Friends. The hygiene is really bad. I felt that it was not very clean as soon as I entered the door. When I lifted the quilt, it was indeed... Please see the picture. This quilt is still very obvious. In addition, there are dirt on the kettle, hair on the wall of the bathroom, and thread ends on the towel. The staff also saw them all. 3. I won’t go into details about how to deal with it, because I didn’t accept it. I thought that it would be clean after changing a room. Although the room was generally OK. But the details were not in place, such as the traces of the makeup mirror and the handles in the bathroom. I was not satisfied. I didn’t want to toss and turn. The bed was clean and I rested. 4. It affected the check-in experience. When checking out, I didn't ask about the new room again. The room is always the same, the hygiene and service are very poor. I will not stay here again.
