Highly recommend the West Virginia Courtyard! The guesthouse is cozy and clean, has hot water, and the service is excellent. The owner gave a guide of recommendations to do in the area, chatted with us, and showed us nearby places to eat. It’s also an easy walk to get to 邛海 if you decide to watch the sunrise in the morning.

The room is clean and tidy, the living area and the rest are separated from the upper and lower floors, and the different living habits of two generations do not interfere with each other. Good 👌, semi-self-service check-in and check-out are quite convenient, the surrounding environment is satisfactory, and the travel is quite convenient. The only downside is that the first time I go is not very easy to find.

這次入住]的體驗，完全超出了我的預期，必須好好寫一篇好評來安利給大家！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到滿滿的誠意與用心。暖黃色的燈光柔和又温馨，搭配着簡約大氣的裝修風格，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。前台工作人員的笑容特別親切，辦理入住的速度超快，還貼心地主動詢問我們是否需要升級房型，並且耐心地介紹了酒店周邊的美食和遊玩景點，讓人一下子就有了賓至如歸的感覺。 我們入住的是大床房，推開門的瞬間真的驚艷到了。房間寬敞明亮，採光極好，清晨的陽光透過落地窗灑進來，整個房間都暖洋洋的。床鋪更是舒服到不想起來，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭蓬鬆柔軟，一沾上去就能秒睡，對於我們這種奔波了一天的遊客來説，簡直是神仙體驗。房間裏的設施一應俱全，智能馬桶、高速WiFi、高清電視、迷你冰箱，就連洗漱用品都是大牌，用起來特別安心。最讓我驚喜的是，床頭櫃上還擺放着歡迎水果和手寫的歡迎卡片，細節之處盡顯貼心。 酒店的衞生狀況更是無可挑剔。房間裏的地板一塵不染，床單被套潔白如新，沒有一絲異味，衞生間的玻璃和枱麪擦得鋥亮，連角落都乾乾淨淨。每天的客房打掃也很及時，保潔阿姨手腳麻利，還會主動幫我們把凌亂的行李整理好，真的太暖心了。 酒店的早餐也值得好好誇一誇。餐廳環境雅緻，菜品豐富多樣，中式的包子、油條、豆漿，西式的麪包、沙拉、咖啡，還有各種新鮮的水果和現做的熱菜，味道都特別棒。廚師還會根據客人的需求調整口味，服務人員也會及時添補菜品，收盤子的速度也很快，全程都讓人感覺很舒適。 除此之外，酒店的地理位置也十分優越，出門就是地鐵站，步行幾分鐘就能到達商圈和景點，無論是逛街購物還是打卡遊玩都特別方便。酒店的停車場也很大，停車完全不用愁，對於自駕出行的遊客來説太友好了。 這次入住的每一天都特別舒心，從硬件設施到軟件服務，都挑不出任何毛病。下次再來這座城市，一定還會選擇[酒店名稱]！也真心推薦給所有來這裏旅行或者出差的朋友們，絕對不會讓你失望！

Before going to bed, I especially want to praise this homestay. This quality can really be compared with the Wynn Palace in Macau, but the price is less than 1 in 10. When I arrived at the homestay, my little brother waited for the reception on the side of the road. We threw a bunch of luggage, clothes, backpacks, etc. at the registration office and went to the night alone. When I came back, the waiter had put the luggage in the room, and even the dirty clothes were neatly arranged. He also specially called to inform the check-in instructions. This was my second night at this hotel. Lovely stay. Please read my initial review for proper feedback of the property. Great communication from the owner. Having booked the second night separately the code was changed and I was not informed, so I couldn’t get back inside smoothly, but on contacting the owner, I received an immediate response with a new code which is great. Being an international traveller, a few days ago I did not have a mobile number here which means this could have been a concern for me as I would have been unable to contact the owner on the go and did not know the code would be changed to ask in advance. I’m sure the owner upon reading this will consider this and improve it for future guests that book last minute like me :) All great and I would stay again :)
