Location is near to railway station and grand mosque The staff is friendly Rooms are clean and tidy Facilities are reasonable However I suggest the management to serve it will be more good if the breakfast will be served with Halal food. Being a Muslim majority city, it will be great advantage.

Now the service, of two weve interacted with Lisa and David were both really enthusiastic, david helped with luggages and inquirys on covid measures, and lisa provided assitance in hotel service and food recommnedation in the beautiful city of 西宁. The on-site restaurant served a wide variety of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a generous selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's bar. One highlight of my stay was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient

The room ventilation system is very good, and it is not as hot as other hotels that make you unable to sleep. The breakfast variety is also very complete, and the restaurant environment is also very nice. However, as a five-star hotel, I personally feel that some services and details need to be improved, such as the lack of daily necessities such as toothbrushes, the humidifier is not filled with water, the bathtub drain hole cannot be blocked, and there are some hairs in the bathtub... These are very small details, but these may discount the overall impression. Of course, the overall is still very good!
