It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle.
The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat!
What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient.
To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining!

It was raining and we were very cold from the walk from the HSR station and the receptionist was very concern and provided great service and warm water immediately. Siao Kau was very attentive and also help in providing contacts to the Qinghai lake tour. The tour turned out great even though it was snowing along the way. Didn't expect it to snow in late April. Breakfast was great. Coffee machine with fresh beans and the soya milk was good. Kudos to the hotel service and facilities. Football and billiard table was great during rain and snow season.

We had a wonderful stay with this hotel. They let us check in early and gave us free breakfast for every evening of the stay. The hotel is clean and wonderful to stay in and the people are so nice! The room was clean, comes with a humidifier too! It was a 5 star service especially with the help of
XiaoJing, Xiao Gạo and Xiao Huang! they are extremely helpful and pleasant at the front desk. 100% recommend for location, cleanliness and friendliness to overseas guests.

good location and the design of the hotel is quite good (which is not the type of traditional Chinese hotels)
Good services from the receptions and she (小高) also provided us with presents as we are leaving.

Chose Campanile based on review and nearest to Xining Railway Station. The reception ladies were warm and friendly. Language is a barrier so have your Google Translate handy. First day we found a Halal mee tarik restaurant a short walk from the hotel. Next to the mee tarik restaurant is a supermarket, street food vendor (like your yong tau foo seller) and fruit seller. We even returned again the following day to stock-up for our train ride to Lhasa, Tibet.
Shout out to Xiao Gao for her over and beyond hospitality❤️ I needed ice to help the swelling on my knee after climbing Sigiriya and Pidurangala last week. She made an effort to help me. We missed breakfast too and she was kind to make us egg noodles. As we were checking out we needed help again to show us the way to the 800m distance of Xining Railway Station. Waahh.. the friendly guy who works at the hotel helped pull my suitcase (blessed him!) and another lady reception walked us all the way and up the escalator to the gateway of the railway station. Talk about generous hospitality the staff of Campanile Hotel deserve a 10 star rating!

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the lovely and friendly reception staff, particularly Miss Xiao Huang and Miss Xiao Gao, whose warmth and helpfulness made our stay feel like home. Their exceptional service truly enhanced our experience.
I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Xining!
