第一次住民宿六樓是需要爬樓梯上去的，我表示不太能接受，老闆娘的服務態度也很一般。入住時還説第二天必須11點前退房，下單上寫的是12點前退房，憑什麼就那樣理所當然的要別人11點前退房啊，我也是很奇怪，第一次説是11點前退房的。民宿發的整體佈景圖片是對面家民宿的圖片，跟我們入住的周邊環境毫無關係。第一次問題空調打不開，打電話給老闆娘，她就是説肯定可以打開怎麼打開，解決問題的態度不是很好，也不願意上六樓來看看，第二次問題是想要電蚊液因為山裡怕有蚊蟲，老闆接的電話，説有蚊香，但是要自己去拿，自己也不願意爬六樓送蚊香，這是服務行業處理問題的態度嗎？房間給人的感覺設計也是不合理的。小孩子摔了一跤，老闆還是給我們準備了創口貼什麼的，這一點不可否認。總之來説，住了這麼多家民宿酒店，第一次説六樓的房間是爬樓上去的，還整體的服務感受很不好，個人真實感受而已。

酒店很不錯的，性價比很高，一起兩間房，前台悉尼小姐姐服務熱情，房間安排在一起，安靜舒適，設施設備齊全，早餐口味不錯五星好評支持一下啦！

首先房間很小，浴室淋浴的積水滲到洗手枱區域地板，沒法弄乾，一直積水導致房間潮氣和黴氣都很重。酒店各處裝潢和網絡圖片很有差距，基本給我的感覺像是200多的快捷酒店最多，而我付款兩間房的價格超過了$1200. 訂完就降價了！我訂的兩間房4人份含早，8點多了準備走了酒店前台都沒人，快走時來人了，説是早餐要的話給我們現買！我們因為著急趕路，要求退還早餐款，前台説沒法退衹能給我們現買！對於這家民宿，從服務到環境到入住體驗，我不推薦！沒有下一次！
但是靠山景那邊的卧室視野和景色非常不錯！
