They made my stay incredibly comfortable, and I really enjoyed interacting with them. I consider myself quite particular about cleanliness and hygiene, but for the first time, staying here allowed me to truly relax and feel at ease. Hotel management and service undoubtedly have standards, and many are now looking to learn from Brother Dong Lai's quality. I believe learning is one aspect, but dedicated employees are another. Even the strongest management can't compare to a group of self-motivated employees, and they've achieved that. I even think they do a better job than what I experienced at Pang Dong Lai. Management should really commend every single one of them, because their excellence isn't just a result of being managed; it stems from their own inherent qualities.
