這家酒店的前台都是掉個臉很不開心的樣子，説話完全沒有禮貌用語，一點不像是這個價位酒店該有的樣子，甚至一百多的酒店服務也比這個好，這麼漂亮的酒店不能僱幾個態度好的前台嗎？

設施和房間都很不錯，樓下就有個燒烤店很好吃宵夜啤酒很方便～晚上很熱鬧，早餐也比較OK
酒店在新區離寶塔山和王家坪感覺還是有點小遠
就是樓下停車場在裝修很大味道，真的害怕甲醛超標，停車不要停進停車場

環境不錯，房屋也很整潔，在新區周圍也很方便，整體不錯。但是攜程網頁顯示17歲以下早餐是20元，實際收費是正常收費一人38元，問總枱表示不知道，都是38收費，不知道是頁面有誤還是酒店培訓不到位，希望能言行一致

設施：酒店很新，純凈水充足，智能馬桶可沖洗，抽紙和捲紙都很好。缺點房間裝修味道太大，下水道味道大
衞生：衞生可以
環境：樓下就是燒烤店有點吵，晚睡的人問題不大
服務：大廳在六樓，進出都要去六樓掃碼，早餐不錯

房間很大，整潔衞生，窗簾是自動開合的，很人性化。環境很好夜間也不吵鬧，休息的很好，樓下餐飲方便。是不錯的酒店住宿選擇。

已經是第二次入住了，酒店地理位置很好，就在魯藝生態公園旁邊，價格合理公道，房間乾淨衞生，服務人員態度熱情，酒店設施齊全，早餐也很不錯。值得再次入住！
