Food was great. People there were very friendly, made us feel home. Unless you drive by yourself, transportation could be challenging.

房間特別好，基礎設施很好，服務更是沒得説，給前台張文婷美女點贊，特別貼心，一進酒店就會加顧客微信，提供管家式服務，很貼心。酒店其他服務人員也是有求必應，服務特別到位，看我們帶了小狗還給我們升級了房型。

設施：新翻修的酒店，非常乾淨，外貌保持了延安窯洞的特色，房間裏基本全屋智能化。衞生間乾淨衞生，沒有任何異味，更不會出現下水道反味問題
衞生：非常棒，毛巾也很新很乾凈柔軟 床品也是非常親膚 特別是枕頭高度剛剛好 對頸椎病人太友好了
環境：超級棒 依山而建 青山環繞，空氣清新，夏季避暑聖地，房間內空調和頂扇齊全，但幾乎衹需要開個頂扇就👌。
服務：五星級的服務，特別是前台的陳學艷小姐姐，服務態度一級棒，温柔耐心 還會主動幫忙規劃旅遊路線，瞭解顧客需求，並熱心幫助解決。人美心善的小陳美女，給我們一家的延安行留下了深刻而美好的印象。
最後説明，我不是託，衹是一個普通的有着紅**懷的遊客，酒店也是我無意間的選擇，沒想到居然成了我最開心，體驗感最好的一次。不枉此行。期待下次的延安之旅，也祝福石窯賓館和小陳美女，越來越好。

帶父母紅色旅行，第二天選擇入住窯洞，體會不一樣的入住體驗，不虧為最大的窯洞賓館，大氣，乾淨，整潔，真正的石窯洞，服務不錯服務員特別禮貌，特別感謝前台的漂亮姑娘張文婷，我們定的雙炕房，幫忙升級到了五樓的套房，第二天退房後發現藍牙耳機可能丟房間了，文婷幫忙找到後還幫忙安排快遞給到我，服務剛剛的！一進房間很驚訝，房間很大，客廳還可以喝茶，房間很乾凈衞生，炕是3.6米的，特別大，五個人睡都足夠了，父母特別滿意説比住酒店好太多了，這次入住窯洞體驗真棒，地理位置就在楊家嶺隧道過去新城區，靠近老城區和新城區中間，離延安革命紀念館和寶塔山，楊家坪，棗園打車都是起步價，下次來還入住窯洞賓館，強烈推薦。

水光瀲灧晴方好，山色空濛雨亦奇……
清幽典雅的特色窯洞，配上這翠綠如綢的美景山色，再遇上淅瀝清爽的夜雨，更是別有一番韻味。如此美景 美居，也是開盲盒開到了超級驚喜。
前台看我帶着長者和小孩，於是：

豐富自助早餐免費送了！
長者圓了遊聖地、體驗特色窯洞的願望，小孩也對乾淨整潔又別具一格的窯洞陳設和超大的炕床充滿興致，我們所有人都收穫了滿滿的驚喜！
另外，這裏出門就是楊家嶺舊址，距離革命紀念館和棗園都很近，非常推薦，後續再來延安還會入住！
