The hotel front desk guy has a weak sense of service and his attitude is average. The service attitude of other service staff is ok. The hotel rooms are average, with paint peeling off the walls and poor sound insulation. Although it is close to Yan'an Red Street, the whole Red Street is very desolate, with basically no shops open and the lake next to it has dried up. Overall it's not worth the price.

First: The hygiene is extremely poor. My colleague and I found other people's hair on the bed and we don't know how the bed is cleaned.
Second: My colleague and I went downstairs to have breakfast at 8:50 in the morning. As shown in the picture above, there was nothing. There was no hot milk in the bucket for hot milk. I asked a passing waitress why there was no hot milk, but she didn't answer the question and said she didn't know.
