Breakfast is OK, there are more types to choose from. Breakfast is the same as most hotels from 6:30 to 9:30. The room I stayed in could not have an extra bed. Suitable for children. The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the Ruiguang Golden Pagoda. There is a small parking lot in the hotel. It is no problem to park five or six cars, but there are only one or two cars in normal times. The front desk service is especially good. If you go out to play more expensive, they will help you to call the taxi price will be more reasonable. When I left the store, I was in the morning flight. The breakfast at 6:30 allowed me to dine at six o'clock. The front desk service manager I have contacted many times is a man who has been a 13-year-old man. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The last time I went to Yangon on a business trip was in the middle of last year. My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!
