I like the Vienna Dongguan Street store. The front desk service is very friendly and the check-in is efficient. The room environment is clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast is complete and delicious. It is very close to Dongguan Street and the Slender West Lake scenic spot, so it is very convenient to go anywhere.

Brand new hotel. Everything is well maintained. Breakfast is rich. Though a bit distant from the tourist scenic area, given the city is not big, taking a cab is convenient and there is a bus stop just outside of the hotel directly to the slender west lake scenic area.

I originally booked a special room, but my grandfather saw that it was inconvenient for me as a young girl, so he upgraded me to a standard king room for free. The equipment is indeed quite old, and the sound insulation is not very good, but the room is quite clean, and he keeps giving me five-star reviews. , this is not good. The location is very good, walking to many attractions.
The service was also very good, the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and it helped us save a lot of money.
The room was clean, but the space was too small.
Disadvantages: 1. The toilet location is unreasonable and it is too close to the shower room. 2. There is no desk, so things can be placed on the sofa, so they can sit on the bed, which is not convenient. 3. All hangers cannot be taken off, and the use is too unsuitable.

One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. ē³å¦č³ (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to ē³å¦č³ and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

Location is the big plus. Ā Within the compound there's hot spring baths, historical sites, multiple restaurants (some needing 2 weeks advance reservation). Ā The only downside, which can't usually be avoided in China's locally managed hotels, is that the habits of people using rest rooms / importance of toilet paper refill is different from what some foreigners are used to.
Still, overall I'll give it 4.6 stars given the variety and historical significance of some of the sites within the compound.

We were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12.

GGuest UserI like it very much, and I rarely write reviews, so I decided to write a review to provide a channel for everyone to understand. I saw on Ctrip before that the prices of Yangzhou Wuyi Hotel are flying high. Even far away places cost about 1,000. This price may seem expensive at first, but it is still okay after comparing all aspects. I used to stay in chain hotels and didnāt believe in folk inns, but after seeing it online, I couldnāt forget it. I thought it was a super interesting inn, so I decided to book it.
Location: Pi Shi Street, 200 meters from Guangling Youyan, 200 meters from Pi Shi Street, about 1 kilometer from Dongguan Street, and about 300 meters from Heyuan. Overall, the attractions are all around, so you can come back to rest after a while and go out again. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Wenchang Pavilion. Looking down from the hotel, there are classical houses, which are very beautiful.
Environment: The room is quite big, with a simple wooden table and bed, Dyson air purifier, Dyson hair dryer, tea, snacks, and a small music box. There are many customized and unique little things. I am the type who eats, drinks, and lies down when I arrive at a place. I feel comfortable lying here for two days.
Others: There are not many rooms in the hotel, so it is also very quiet, and breakfast is provided. There is a large hall where you can drink coffee, tea, play the piano, and watch projections. The store also made a guide to the surrounding delicious places. When you leave, you can also prepare small specialties and a custom canvas bag. There is also a loft with sofas, flowers, and telescopes. You can enjoy the scenery in the loft and feel the style of the old city of Yangzhou. Although the surrounding navigation is all red, you can feel the slow life of Yangzhou here. ps: It is next to the fire station, which makes you feel safe, hahaha.

GGuest UserYitel Yangzhou on Qionbhuz building is one of the best hotel experience we had when we traveled Jiangsu province of China in the month of March 2025.
The hotel is situated near the city center and shows warm hospitality on our arrival and continues surprising us with great services, including room, laundry, travel and dining.
We were assigned a room butler Chienchien and the sweet girl provided us with abundant travel information about Yangzhou. One rainy night, we decided to have dinner in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and got an opportunity to chat with the restaurant manager Mr. Chen. Not only he offered us the super dining service, he also talked with us on local news and stories about Yangzhou, good recommendation of traditional food and heritage restaurant, plus the travel tips on visiting Slender West Lake and Great Canal Museum, which are the famous city sites.
Overall, we stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful first visit on Yangzhou because of the hospitality from this hotel. I highly recommend the stay for anyone traveling to the city.

GGuest UserThe Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us.
Special thanks to Emma and her team who have looked after us very well, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble.
Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!

GGuest UserDisappointing Stay at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse
I recently stayed at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse in Yangzhou and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had significant temperature issuesāit was too hot near the ceiling but uncomfortably cold near the floor, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom was poorly designed, causing water to splash everywhere when using the faucet.
The service was another letdown. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, despite paying a deposit, I had to repeatedly ask for it to be returned, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.
Overall, I cannot recommend this guesthouse based on my experience. There are clear areas for improvement, especially in terms of room comfort and customer service.

GGuest UserFacilities: The beds, tables and chairs are basically new, antique, the bedding is very clean, no smell of smoke, very friendly to guests who have non-smoking needs.
Environment: Living in a series of buildings, you can experience the very authentic local architectural features of Yangzhou. There is also a pool in the courtyard, and the Feng Shui layout is very particular. The corridors are full of lanterns, and taking pictures at night is particularly good.
Features of the entrance: The decoration is very characteristic of Jiangnan, very clever, even if you donāt go to the scenic spot, taking pictures in the Ice Ou Pavilion is very good.
Hygiene: Check the kettle when you check in, there is hair on the lid, but you can see the training of the cleaning staff and the energy and professionalism of the staff. The lid of the kettle is easy to fall off. When pouring hot water, the back of the little finger is scalded by water vapor. This is my personal operation problem, but the hotel also needs to work harder on small details. After all, if you want to go the high-end route, you need to think about every service detail.
Front desk service: The little brother and sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic, helping to store bags, giving meal tickets, and making some friendly reminders. The responsibilities and obligations of the front desk are basically done very well.
Catering: Breakfast is provided by Xiyanjia of Bingouguan, a typical Yangzhou morning tea, with four buns of various fillings, a fruit plate (watermelon), a small dish platter (pickles, crystal braised pork, mushrooms), and two bowls of staple food (Yangchun noodles/shrimp roe wontons/dumpling noodles). It is mainly noodles, and the taste is quite satisfactory. It is recommended to add fresh vegetables for a more comprehensive nutritional combination.
Location: Pishi Street is just opposite Bingouguan Road. It is easy to go to Dongguan Street, Caiyi Street, Geyuan, and Heyuan. If you go to Yangzhou Railway Station, Wenchang Road in front of Bingouguan goes directly to it, and it is very close to Daming Temple in Slender West Lake. In short, the transportation and geographical location are the huge advantages here.
Summary: Suggestions for other travelers, if you want convenient transportation and architectural features, Bingouguan is the first choice.

GGuest UserThe hotel's decoration design is very exquisite. The lobby is on the second floor after the elevator. The front desk service attitude is great and they gave me a free room upgrade. The room is also very clean and comfortable. With the support of Xiaodu, it is very convenient to control various electrical appliances in the room. The dry and wet separation design of the bathroom is very good, and going to the toilet and taking a shower do not affect each other. The location is also very convenient, it is very convenient to go anywhere, and parking is free. I will choose Moshi again when I travel to Yangzhou next time.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldnāt use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendlyā¦Iāll return.

MMaiothe lady at the reception informed me that I was getting an upgrade to a larger room. how very kind of the staff.
about the hotel: the upgraded room was nice and big, got a nice window, nice a/c, comfy sofa. If I have to point at something I do not particuarly like is the bathroom: I'm not fond of the toilet and bathroom facilities made of that sort of hardened plastic, feels/looks weird to me.
Position is also nice, there are a bunch of hotels in the area and there's a shopping mall close by, I had dinner close to the hotel and it was delicious (seafood restaurant), it's also on a reasonable walking distance from one of the entrances of the slender west lake (I went to the night opening, entrance ticket is not cheap (120 rmb) but I think the park at night wasn't bad at all). Beside that you can hop on the bas stop which is just nearby to get to the station to one side or the old town to the other, transportation is quite convenient (also because the city itself is not that big).
anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room size is definitely very generous and I would totally stay again and recommend it.
