"The hotel is very good, it is a newly opened hotel, but the room has no smell. The scent of the aromatherapy in the room is woody and smells very comfortable. "The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us hot tea, gave us a local travel guide, and presented us with welcome fruits and snacks. The room was very spacious, split into two sections, which was perfect for traveling with kids. All the appliances were smart and voice-controlled, which was very convenient. The desk even had a gaming chair, which was super comfortable. The bathroom was also smart. The toiletries were excellent, and the towels and bath towels were soft and clean. Even the slippers were thick and not those flimsy paper ones. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. The service attitude was fantastic. They quickly brought us extra blankets and cups when we requested them. Next time we visit Yangzhou, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!"

This trip to Yangzhou, the most amazing accommodation experience is the Slender West Lake National Medical College Heyi Hotel! It is hidden in the Soviet-style garden of the Slender West Lake Scenic Area, white walls and tiles, winding paths are quiet, and the door is filled with herb fragrance and the sound of flowing water, as if breaking into the hidden courtyard of the Jiangnan Wenren. The room type was upgraded when I checked in. The window of the room was facing the cherry blossom tree in the courtyard. I was really awakened by the birds in the morning. The hotel will send throttle health tea, Hanfu experience, good night desserts, foot bath medicine bags, disposable foot bath bags. The hotel will also provide a wealth of experience activities, and time is limited and I can't participate. The housekeeper Oda was very caring, and the trouble was very patient to solve the problem late at night. When checking out, the staff also sent exquisite souvenirs. The hotel has Baicao Garden and a large lawn that can be used for the sky camping provided by the hotel. From the hotel, you can walk to Daming Temple. A few steps away is the north gate of Slender West Lake. It is a good missed flow here. Very good, but a little distance from Dongguan Street, you need to choose. Takeaway can also be delivered directly to the room, and I was worried that the hotel was too big to send in. What a surprise, upgraded to a business room! It's convenient to take the kids to the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel is very new, modernly decorated, and equipped with a swimming pool. The kids had a lot of fun~ I got up early in the morning and took a walk around the Peninsula Park in the north. It's a comfortable four-kilometer range! Although the surrounding area is close to the viaduct, you can't hear the noise inside, it's still warm and comfortable! The breakfast category is a little less, and it's not enough for a picky kid... There is no other meat except grilled chicken sausage, which is a bit embarrassing~ The wonton is good, the meat buns and three-diced buns are also delicious. In short, it's a good choice, and there are surprises. I'm really happy!

Honestly, the service staff were all excellent and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. However, the hotel facilities were rather basic. I was kindly given a large room, but the details didn't hold up to scrutiny. The carpet was very dirty; I was puzzled when I entered, but was told it was the carpet's natural color. :) The extra seating area was basically useless, the sofa cushions were very uncomfortable, and the bedding wasn't very good quality either—all just passable. I'm not particularly picky, and I mainly went there for the hot springs, which were quite nice and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy; even with earplugs, it was still a bit noisy, and the room was still very hot even at 19 degrees Celsius. We didn't eat breakfast, neither the person nor the dog, because we didn't like it. The à la carte menu was only one page long, with very few dishes, and the restaurant was very deserted. It was difficult to find good takeout options nearby, not even a cup of coffee. The hotel's coffee was also bad. Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse than a standard hotel. However, the staff were indeed very responsive. Yangzhou is a truly wonderful city, and the people of Yangzhou are also very kind and gentle. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay in the city center.
