"It was a good date, but I just found a big spider crawling on my arm while I was lying on the bed. Wow, it’s the first time I’ve seen a spider after staying in so many hotels. It’s disgusting how the hotel handles it. We packed the bag downstairs. Wait, they said they would change our room for five minutes, but 10 minutes later they were still upstairs, saying they didn’t have a room. Why didn’t they tell us earlier? They said they would change our garbage bags, but after waiting all night, they didn’t change the garbage bags. I came here, and I was speechless because Ctrip clearly showed that there were rooms, including double rooms and suites. What happened? I found such a big spider crawling on my body. Is it not even eligible for a free room upgrade? Also, the sound insulation effect is very poor"

"We booked this hotel for the location. On our arrival, the woman receptionist brought me around to her computer and told me to plug in my information to register at the hotel. Being a foreigner and not comfortable with the language should have been obvious. Yet she watched me as I chucked in random data to fill the fields. Once completed we found the room on our own. My parents asked for tea and the first receptionist refused to help. Later on, a younger receptionist helped and provided us tea. We felt uncomfortable with the initial staff and the hotel itself was just okay."

The banana trees in the yard are so eye-catching that they even bear fruit. The living room has plenty of sunshine. The family can sit around the Eight Immortals table to bask in the sun and chat. It feels like my hometown when I was a kid. The room is clean and tidy. The boss is very talented in painting the scenery in the courtyard and decorating the interior with great care. I saw on Ctrip before that the prices of Yangzhou Wuyi Hotel are flying high. Even far away places cost about 1,000. This price may seem expensive at first, but it is still okay after comparing all aspects. I used to stay in chain hotels and didn’t believe in folk inns, but after seeing it online, I couldn’t forget it. I thought it was a super interesting inn, so I decided to book it.
Location: Pi Shi Street, 200 meters from Guangling Youyan, 200 meters from Pi Shi Street, about 1 kilometer from Dongguan Street, and about 300 meters from Heyuan. Overall, the attractions are all around, so you can come back to rest after a while and go out again. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Wenchang Pavilion. Looking down from the hotel, there are classical houses, which are very beautiful.
Environment: The room is quite big, with a simple wooden table and bed, Dyson air purifier, Dyson hair dryer, tea, snacks, and a small music box. There are many customized and unique little things. I am the type who eats, drinks, and lies down when I arrive at a place. I feel comfortable lying here for two days.
Others: There are not many rooms in the hotel, so it is also very quiet, and breakfast is provided. There is a large hall where you can drink coffee, tea, play the piano, and watch projections. The store also made a guide to the surrounding delicious places. When you leave, you can also prepare small specialties and a custom canvas bag. There is also a loft with sofas, flowers, and telescopes. You can enjoy the scenery in the loft and feel the style of the old city of Yangzhou. GGuest UserDisappointing Stay at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse
I recently stayed at Zhengyiju Cultural Guesthouse in Yangzhou and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had significant temperature issues—it was too hot near the ceiling but uncomfortably cold near the floor, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom was poorly designed, causing water to splash everywhere when using the faucet.
The service was another letdown. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, despite paying a deposit, I had to repeatedly ask for it to be returned, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.
Overall, I cannot recommend this guesthouse based on my experience. There are clear areas for improvement, especially in terms of room comfort and customer service.

Indoor projection is very popular with children. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, the service was ok, and he even gave me a souvenir before leaving.
A few suggestions: First of all, I feel that there is a lack of a full-length mirror, and one should be installed at the entrance; secondly, it is recommended to place a shelf or a simple clothes hanger next to the bathtub; also, the hotel breakfast can be more attentive, and steamed buns should be served earlier. It is best not to use quick-frozen ones, try to use fresh ones, which is in line with the morning tea culture of the city of Yangzhou; finally, you always have to call in advance for hotel parking entrance and exit gates, which is generally not very convenient for travel.
I hope it will get better and better, and I will consider staying there in the future.

LLheaThe hotel room looks new and good. The amenities are okay. The only problem is the location, it’s quite far from the railway so you have to take a car which will cost you 70 yuan or if you want to take a bus it’ll take you 2hrs to get to the hotel.
The rooms are not soundproof though, you can hear the people in the other rooms talking and babies crying at night and you can’t get a good night sleep.
Also the bathroom you can hear a dripping of water sound but it’s not the faucet that it’s making the sound but the drainage I guess. All good but have to improve these issues
