Very clean and new hotel. Staff were very attentive and kind would recommend to travellers, is slightly far from city center but you would need to book taxis anyway to get around still very convenient to food places

差勁！首先，辦理入職的時候在前台詢問周邊推薦的淮揚菜餐廳，前台推薦了隔壁的怡園，去了之後兩個人連主食加例菜一共點了6個，幾乎沒吃就走了，不是一般的差勁，不如自己做的家常菜，很明顯是提前做好了預熱端上來的。其次，浴缸沒有桌板，攜程預訂的所謂的歡迎水果就是敷衍的不能再敷完的兩個橘子，不如沒有！晚上睡覺起來，空調出風口也是像刮颱風一樣的響！總之，想做高端酒店，細節一塌糊塗，跟低端比價格又顯然不是低端的價格，進門保安就在邊上都沒有拉門的習慣，前台、保安各個部門的服務都跟不上，特別失望的第一次去揚州選擇了這家酒店，體驗感極差！
