And when you take the elevator, if you tap your card key, you'll be automatically guided to your room floor, and if you're not a guest, you can't go to the elevator, so I think it's safe. If you order delivery, they'll deliver it to your room via a robot, and the facilities are well prepared so you can wash and dry it for free. The hotel manager can speak Korean, so there won't be any problems communicating. After checking out, they even helped me store my luggage for free, pick up and send parcels, and call taxis. The breakfast was also good to eat, and the price wasn't too expensive, and the staff's service was good, so I think you'll be satisfied if you come! (The staff who don't speak Korean downloaded a translation machine on their phones just in case and tried to help us.) I think that people who don't speak Chinese and people who are traveling with their parents will be generally satisfied if they stay at this hotel! Decent hotel with modern feel. Unfortunately our room had a leaky sink and there was no maintenance person on site to fix so we had to relocate to new rooms. One of the new rooms smelled of smoke although they were meant to be non-smoking rooms, but it was tolerable after airing out with the windows open. The wall sockets have USB A and USB C sockets on them which is very convenient, and the TV shows the status of the washing machines. Wooden floors means the rooms are easy to clean. Showers had decent water pressure and with controllable temperature. Overall pretty good hotel with excellent value for the price.
