帶父母淡季出遊，酒店很貼心的給升級了海景房，前台耐心的講解了長島現階段開放的景區，幫我們規劃了旅遊路線，我們還在酒店包了車，師傅也非常好，接送都很準時還幫忙搬東西，父母非常滿意！

有免費的接送站服務，房間裏還提供免費的咖啡膠囊，酒店還有洗衣房免費使用，而且前台看到我們帶了孩子還給我們免費升級了房間讓我們住的的舒服一些，處處都是温暖，也太周到了，必須好評！

酒店乾淨衞生，早餐口味也不錯，服務很好，目測是島上最好的連鎖酒店了吧，淡季帶孩子來休閑的前廳經理很耐心細緻的講了遊玩攻略，酒店位置也很好很方便，附近就有個海鮮市場可以買來去小店裡加工比直接去飯店吃便宜太多了.

臨時要去長島，場島酒店不多，就選了這家酒店，在煙台住了三個酒店，其他很驚喜，這個酒店是最差的，失望透頂，旅行住宿很重要，遇到一個差的酒店影響心情
優點：免費提供接送展服務，港口到酒店方便
缺點：
一、酒店衞生條件差，準備給小朋友蓋個被子，結果被子的油點子直接把我無語住了，一間800多的酒店就這樣，估計兩三百的酒店都沒這麼誇張，洗手池前面都發黴了
二、酒店沒啥服務，唯一熱情的就是辦入住時候推銷島上收費項目，其他酒店兩份早餐，國慶期間直接免了，這家酒店簡直是誇張，早餐收費應該的，畢竟我們身高到了一米二，但連要兩張房卡都要收按金，第一次遇到，實屬誇張，一個勺子不小心打碎了工作人員第一反應不是處理問題，有沒有客人受傷，收拾碎片，沖過來第一反應是要賠償，需要賠償我們可以，真心建議親子游別來這樣的酒店
